From what I think is that dragon ball z is a famous anime series but I gotta say Super Mario Bros. because it was the first video game ever but depends between Mr.Game&Watch but anyways its Mario because is still ongoing till' this very point, even though Dragon ball kai is still on but the answer is Mario. With a mix of the Rinnegan's powers such as Chibaku Tensei and Shinra Tensei, and the Sharingan's abilities of the Susan'o and Tsykuyomi he would be too overpowered and probably could not use them too much seeing as how Susan'o sucks a lot of chakra and depending on which eye he loses for the Rinnegan one or two of the powers will be lost will gone since the abilities lies in the eyes of the Sharingan.

Usuratonkachi - Sasuke's insult is something more along the lines of "you good-for-nothing .." since usuratonkachi means thin/usura, hammer/tonkachi - a thin hammer is obviously no good for anything you would need a hammer for.
A clearer alternative to dobe is probably "dunce-bat" .. I think ..
i think dobe translates into 'dead-last' which Sasuke calls Naruto becasue he was always the last in their class at the academy.

You haven't been reading up on the manga have you? So far from what I have seen, both Naruto and Sasuke are even matches even when Naruto goes into the foxes cloak. But now that he has obtain control over the nine tails it is possible even with Sasuke's Immortal Mangekyo Sharingan that he could beat him.
And the second answer? That's not true. Naruto does use his mind, especially now that he's older he's becoming more mature as he realizes that he can't act like a child anymore due to all of his responsibilities. Not to mention he finally obtained the one thing he wanted the most and that was the respect of all the people in the Village.
