Should you watch all the naruto episodes to follow naruto Shippuden?
You don't have to. Like many animes if a series is about to die or start a new chapter they fill the gaps with filler episodes. Most towards the end of Naruto are not necessary to follow Shippuuden; however, some provide knowledge of other characters. For example, Ino becomes a medic-nin in Shippuuden following an episode/Arc in the regular Naruto ( Ultimate Weapon Arc and episode 220 which is the last one). However, episode 158 is pointless. In all you can watch them but there is no need to watch them all.

naruto is 12-13 in the fillers and he is 15-16 in the shippuden
In the orignal he is 12 at the star and then 13 at the end and then shippuden is two 1/2 - 3 years later so 15 at the start and 16 at the moment

No one can be sure if Naruto is dead. Unless your the script writer. My best guess is as a twist in the plot Naruto will come back to life. So just be patient.

they game ends by you defeating pain in sage mode, then it switches over to eight tails, again it switches to sage mode and after a while you lose power then you turn back in to normal naruto and you finish pain off with your with the rasengan. after that you see pain laying in the ground tired, naruto goes up to him and says that your not the real pain your somewhere else i can sense it while i was in sage mode, so pain is like curse whatever. you go to the real deal behind pain witch is nagato i recall, naruto and nagato talk about what jiraiya said to both of them that was never give up hope or i presume, so naruto does this speech that he always keep's his promises, that he will believe in jiraiya, so nagato gets moved by his words and every body that dies in the village gets revived by his jutsu i dont remember what was the name but he said "for all the trouble i have caused you, this is my way of saying sorry", so every body gets revived, naruto shows up and every body in the hidden leaf village are screaming his name all his friends gathered around him and they were like naruto your so cool, your so lucky. then sakura comes pretending to be mad and then hugs him, after that they throw naruto in to the air saying " hurry", go "naruto uzumaki" and then you see iruka sensei remenising the past and starts crying. and at the very end naruto gets a new mission while he leaves the tree he was on sleeping while the credits were goin you see hes dad and jiraiya sais to him " we believe in you" and that's how it end. i am a very big fan of natruto
When does Sasuke appear in Naruto Shippuden?
You'll have to forgive me for not knowing the exact episode numbers, but Sasuke and Naruto fight several times in Naruto Shippuden for brief bits of time. Also know that this may contain SPOILERS.
First, Naruto and Sasuke begin to fight in the first episode (which is actually just a teaser for what happens in the second story arc) until Orochimaru arrives and stops Sasuke from progressing any further. Then, when the actual story arc that I just mentioned happens, you see that scene play out a little further. After that, Sasuke and Naruto don't really fight or see each other again for a long time. In the manga, however, there is a chapter where Naruto and Sasuke really begin to fight after Pain has destroyed the Leaf Village and Sasuke was trying to disrupt the Hokage Summit. However, at that point Madara came to prevent Sasuke from going any further. As of now, in chapter 517 of the manga, Naruto and Sasuke have not fought again since then, but it's told to us that they will fight relatively soon-ish, and it'll be EPIC!!
For now just continue to enjoy the story as it unfolds, because it's amazing right now.

No. Naruto is her friend, and the Kyuubi container, (Nine tails) which the Akatsuki are aiming to capture. Spoiler: All the jinchuuriki make up 10 tails. They plan on wiping out the world, and creating 'World Peace'. Back to the question. No, she killed Sasori No Akasuna with Granny Chiyo. She hates the Akatsuki, and if you read the manga, practically nearly all of the Akatsuki are killed. Only Zetsu and Tobi are left. Well, Hidan was cut into pieces and is... alive? He is slowly dying, but he is still alive. Anyways, Sakura will not join the Akatsuki. Buuut, there are fanfictions and stories etc. about it.
