Okay, so here is the thing if you're using a game cube controller press the x button first, then quikly pull the joy stick back to do the fire ball jutsu. X,up=wind style,x,down=earth style,x,forward=water style,x,back=fire style.

neji kabuto and kin:

always use kabutos palms first on the strongest opponent, then use nejis palm on the same exact person that you used the kabutos palm on. then use kins move that deals 15 damage all on the same exact person. that should deal:

35+20+15+10+10=90 damage.

next turn use kins 15 dealing moves ~which now deals 20, it goes up 5 damage every time you use it~ and that person is dead.

After she thanks him and goes.

Then she is unlocked(FINNNALAY).As a result of you unlocking all the 41 characters you then get the 4th Hokage unlocked.Only though if you unlock all the other characters.

Tips for using the 4 th Hokage: He moves at the speed of light and is the best character in the game. Dont choose the Jutsu chackra relase because it doesn't do anything but send you into ultimate mode (It does nothing but increases you attack). He only has one Ultimate Jutsu "Flying thunder god jutsu"

Unlock 1st and 2nd hokage: Answer the kids at the academy's riddles then go to the Suzuki estate and then answer Ebisu's riddles.(He is the creep next to the door wearing blue).

Unlock 3rd Hokage:Beat Orochimaru in Heroes History(distructon of the leaf arc).
