Does Barack ObamaCare that 53531 people died?
I am not sure I understand this question. First, the figure of 53,531 people-- which people are you referring to? Second, of course the president cares when people die, whether in war or in domestic terrorism or in any other circumstance. No matter whether you voted for President Obama or not, there is no evidence that he lacks compassion, and in fact, he has tried his best to comfort people during times of crisis. But if you give us more of an explanation of your question, we will be better able to answer it.
What are the pros and cons of Obamacare?
There are many pros and cons of Obamacare. Under the ObamaCare 47 million women will gain access to women's health services, including preventive and wellness services. Millions of Americans now have access to preventive and wellness services with no out of pocket costs. Cons for specific groups of Americans. ObamaCare does hurt a small percentage of small businesses, has had a negative effect on insurance premiums and has made some reforms that have hurt some medical industries and their workers.
Obamacare has already had a negative impact on hundreds of thousands, who received cancellation notices. It's merely a way to get to Obama's final end on this, a one payer system, the Holy Grail of the left.
Why did Barack Obama create Obamacare?
The main reason was because he believed it would help people. This is not a new issue for him-- when he was a state senator in Illinois, he worked very hard on improving health care access. It was an issue he cared about a lot, as did his wife, who was a hospital administrator at that time. In Illinois, his advocacy on health care was very popular, so perhaps he thought he would receive a similar reaction when he tried to pass health care reform as president.
It should also be noted that "Obamacare" (really called the Affordable Care Act) had been in the making for a long time. Bill Clinton tried to pass something similar during his presidency, but failed. Mitt Romney enacted an almost identical law when he was governor of Massachusetts, but had to walk away from it when he ran for president because Republicans (who first thought up some of the provisions, including the Mandate) now were opposed to it. Mr. Obama decided the issue of expanding access to more people would be a good one to tackle, since it could benefit millions of Americans. He seemed genuinely surprised by how much resistance there was to a bill that at one time, Republicans supported.
Why does Barack Obama have Obama care?
For many years, the Democratic party has been committed to expanding access to health care. Some presidents, most recently Bill Clinton, tried and failed to get health care reform legislation passed. Barack Obama wanted to see legislation that would help more Americans to get affordable health care: for example, many insurance companies refused to cover people who had pre-existing conditions (in other words, if you had been sick in the past, you could not get affordable health insurance).
President Obama decided that if more Americans had access to health care, it would save them money and make their lives better. (It should be noted that most Republicans disagreed with the Affordable Care Act, and also disagreed with the notion that the government should be involved in health care.) But the Affordable Care Act (sometimes called "Obama Care) still passed, and was upheld by the Supreme Court. The new law is supposed to expand access to health care to millions of Americans, including those who had been denied before. And it provides many benefits not available previously. And while it is not perfect, for many Democrats and for the president, it was a good start. I enclose the link to the new law, so you can see for yourself what it has to offer.
When insurance companies no longer care, someone has to! That person has to be influential and effective. Obama Care tries to achieve this goal with utmost earnestness!
Was ObamaCare taxation without representation?
No. The tax was enacted by the duly elected representatives of the people.
Who really was behind obamacare?
First, the official name for it is the "Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA)." Its opponents often refer to it as "Obamacare," when they are trying to blame the president for an act with which they disagree. This act was passed by congress in March 2010. As for who was behind it, it was a priority for Democrats and for the president; they were trying to reform health care in the United States.
The PPACA passed the Senate with all Democrats voting for it, and all Republicans voting against it. It should be noted that while Democrats voted for it, some felt it did not go far enough: they would have preferred a "Single Payer" system. But Democrats ultimately agreed to pass the act because they believed it made a good start in eliminating some of the problems with the health care system. Their Republican opponents disagreed and promised that if a Republican was elected, the PPACA (or "Obamacare") would be repealed.
This has become a very partisan question. Now that the Affordable Care Act is official, some of the Americans who were originally opposed to it are finding out they like many of its features. But others are still opposed to it, and Republicans (including Mitt Romney, who designed the original version of the plan when he was governor of Massachusetts) have pledged to repeal it. I would suggest that you read the act and the summary of what it does and does not do. I enclose a link.

Why is the 2010 affordable care act controversial?
Currently the Main controversies are in regards to
1. The manner in which it was voted into law (Having only been provided a copy of the 2000 page bill 2 hours prior, No congressman had time to read it ) Every Democrat in congress who voted for the law has denied ever reading it prior to the vote. In fact they were told by the president that it was "Too important to read it". So no one read it.
2. The defacto criminalization of poverty, in that it declares a criminal offense (albeit a federal misdemeanor) if one can't afford or is just too poor to to buy health insurance. That person is now guilty of a misdemeanor criminal offense and fined through Taxation for being poor.
3. The eventual Cost. It is unclear what the eventual cost of expanded coverage under the new Health Insurance policies will be over time. Industry experts can give wide variations in projections of premum rates that range from 200 to 500 percent of pre ACA costs. Variation is unavoidable due to unkowns in the various influencing factors.
4. The exemption of undocumented residents. Although everyone is entitled to emergency health care, only citizens and legal residents will be penalized for not having the insurance to pay the bill.
Answer
The PPACA is unconstitutional. Beginning in 2014, the bill will require all Americans to purchase health insurance. This is the first time in history that the federal government has ever forced Americans to buy anything, simply on the grounds that they are citizens of this country. If the Act is upheld, the powers of the federal government might as well be limitless.
Is ObamaCare government funded?
No, it continues to rely on private insurance companies (except Medicare and Medicaid) to provide coverage, but increases regulations on the insurance companies.
However, many households will be able to receive a government subsidy when they buy such private insurance through a state or federal Exchange. The amount of subsidy depends on the household income level.
How many people will be covered with obamacare?
As Obamacare (the PPACA law) is not some sort of coverage plan, but rather a healthcare regulatory framework law, no one will be directly covered by Obamacare.
Roughly 11 million people who do not currently have medical coverage are expected to be covered under some method provided by the PPACA. The majority (about 60%) of these folks will be through expanded Medicaid coverage. The remainder will mostly be people buying coverage through a state or federal Exchange, with subsidies possible from their employer and/or the federal government.
A large unknown is the number of people who qualify for exchange-based coverage (and possibly some level of subsidy), but choose not to purchase that coverage.
Note that we will NOT know actual numbers until most likely 2016 at the earliest, as there are considerable kinks to work out in the new law, and actual coverage numbers will be unknown until all reporting is finished, which typically lags at least a full calendar year behind reality.
I'm writing this on March 9th, 2011. It was not repealed yet. Keep praying...
It can not be repealed as it is the law of the land and upheld by the Supreme Court.
Who coined the phrase ObamaCare?
During the Democratic primary elections of 2007 and 2008 then Senator Hillary Clinton and Senator Barack Obama both ruthlessly attached each others' political platforms.
Clintoncare was coined during the Clinton administration so it was clear that Obamacare was the logical counter to Senator Obana's chances of winning the Democratic nomination.
Conservatives adopted the term with highly negative connotations once Obama became the first black president of the United States.
Hillary Clinton's campaign coined Obamacare.

No, there is no tax on home sales specifically associated with the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare).
