Remember...old fashioned recipes are always the best! Step 1 In a skillet, brown the onion in the bacon fat. Turn off heat and stir in the Hungarian sweet paprika. Add the chicken and brown over high heat for 5 minutes. Step 2 Sprinkle the chicken with salt to taste. Add the bell pepper and tomato. Cook covered over low heat for 40 minutes, or until meat is tender and falling off the bone. Remove the chicken and stir flour into the drippings. Step 3 Add sour cream, and stir until thickened. Return the chicken to the pan and simmer for about 4 minutes. Serve over rice or noodles.
