Yes! It's ok to watch t.v. it's not going to harm you or cause it to get worse. Pink eye will cause sensativity to the light in some cases but it's actually not harmful. Anybody can get pink eye, properly referred to as conjunctivitis. If there is mucous discharge, then it is usually conjunctivitis. You do have to make sure that they don't have dacryocystitis, which also causes mucous discharge. See your eyecare professional to determine which is occurring. Actually believe it or not it does..it may cause irritation in the eye so it will be hard to sleep.But don't worry it's normal I have a pink eye right now and I'm having trouble sleeping.
