You disappear because after restoring time, the paralyzed future is destroyed, and a new, better future is formed. Before the game began you were a human who was partners with Grovyle, and you were born into the paralyzed future. While on a mission to change the past, Grovyle and u were separated and tossed into the past. That is why you find yourself unconscious on the beach at the start of the game. So, after beating the game the future is changed, and you are destroyed. Later, however, dialga realizes that he owes you, and the best he can do is make you reappear, because he trusts that you will continue to do good deeds.

I just did a prospect mission this morning. Apparently it just means the same as exploering with someone, only I think the prospect takes the client through the whole dungeon. I'm not entirely sure, but when I looked at the mission log it had a check mark on that particular job, but the client hadn't exited the dungeon yet. I believe I took him through the whole of the mission.

well its easy

easy way: go to a friend area where in the potential recruit list has him/her on it

and defeat them until they ask to join you're team

harder way:get a natu then level it up till it says he can evolve (this is for people who saw the luminous spring already) and evolve him

go talk to sunflora she will tell you about the surrounded sea which has 20 floors at they end of it there is a manephy egg which hatces the next morning you wake up then you bring it to the guild and talk to chatot and then the freaking thing starts crying and have to find a freaking blue gummi they are so f***ing hard to find you have to go to craggy coast i had to search freaking 30 times until i found it then it looks for another one and then after that it gets sick and you have to go to miricle sea and get a phione dew.NOTE:you have to fight garydos and first part there is 16 floors then the second part which i think has 9 floors

As many times as you can make it appear. Lugia won't dissopear from the floor unless you defeat it, and even then you can still just exit and re-enter the dungeon, get to the eighteenth floor, then find it again. It helps to have the item Golden Mask or Amber Tear when recruiting Lugia as your leader's held item as this raises the recruit chance by 25%. Lugia's recruit rate is also 25%, as is Ho-Oh's, but there are other items that help recruit Lugia other than Golden Mask or Amber Tear, these are Raquaza's Treasure (obtained by defeating Raquaza at the summit of Sky Stairs then finding it in the golden chest) and the Friend Bow (rises recruit chances by 10%.) Having all these items won't really make a difference as you need to hold them, and giving them to your team members won't help either, so you have to pick one. I'm sorry if you already know all this, but you said "in surrounded sea" so you must know where it is and how to get it. Lugia will never perminantley dissopear from the dungeon unless you recruit it so you can try as many times as you desire!
