Well I don't have Dungeon Time but I have an idea of how to work Technical Machine's. Okay, get your TM, you can't use a TM on just any Pokemon for example Electric-Type you have, you try to teach it Water Gun but it won't work. Alright go to your items list and tap your TM and then tap 'Use' and it will show you're pokemon's names. the ones in red or some other coloring you can't use it on them. but one's with white names you can use. hope you learned something :D

I would Have to say it is Mudkip. This is because a tough water type is needed a lot in the game. Although Mudkip is good in the beginning of the game I would have to say the best starter is Machop and Charmander because it not only helps in the beginning but it also helps when you have to face Articuno so that is my opinion on the best starter Pokemon.

There isn't any cheats for PMD. The only way to cheat is via Action Replay which is purchased at any participating stores that hold DS software/games.

you have to go to the surrounded sea and when you get to the end you will find 2 deluxe boxes and an egg. take the egg and you will get manaphy! After you defeat darkrai do a few missions(manaphy won't come back if you don't do missions) the chatot will tell you that manaphy came back and manaphy will ask to join your team.
