Take the jobs, get all 8 max elixers, put them on whatever move you want. When you do this, your level (100) combined with the added power of the ginseng moves, will pretty much kill anything in one hit.

Unfortunately, Tyranitar is very hard to recruit! He is maybe a -12% chance of recruiting. You can evolve Pupitar at Lv.55, or hold an Amber Tear to recruit Tyranitar very easily. He first starts at Lv.28 in Quicksand Pit 2F. I like getting a Male Tyranitar anyway. There you go!
