Togekiss: You will find Togekiss in the sky. Remember that you only see either Togekiss, Honchkrow, Scarmoney, or Pidgeot in the sky.
Honchkrow: Same thing with Togekiss.
Kabutops: Go to the Dangerous Cliff at Tilt Village, Mitonga Island. At the end of it you will see Kaputops
Probopass: You will find Probopass at the back/end of Daybreak Ruins.
Cherrim: Go to the west of Rand's House. Get suicune and at the bridge go on the water and go on. Shout at the flowers and Cherrim will come out.
Quagsire: Go to the east of Amun's Mansion. You will see a pond and go on suicune and jump on the water. In the center you will see Quagsire.
Herracross: Go to the Aqua Resort. Go where you saved Weber with Suicune. Above that is a place. Go there and you will see Heracross.

No, you can't. But there are two Pokemon ranger video games. There is Pokemon Ranger, and Pokemon Ranger: Shadows of Almia. I wouldn't recommend Pokemon Ranger though, I think it sucks. (Haven't tried the other one) Hope I helped! :)

Instead of going up to Hia Valley, go down to a waterfall. Go down it. Ignore the first pier that you come to. Go to the one that is after that pier. Then, get off the Floatzel. Go into the grass. Avoid contact with the Luxio there. It is a PAIN IN THE ***. After you flee from the Luxio(if you got a battle started with it), go down. You should see the Leafeon there.
