Gloom evolves into Vileploom with a Leaf stone

To get gloom to evolve into a Bellossome, you need to use a Sun stone.

I suggest you catch two oddishs in order to get both Vileploom and Bellossome into your Pokedex.

Alrite man, go to meteor falls (You'll need surf and waterfall, maybe rock smash) and use water on the... water fall. Then go straight north and go into the first cave you see. you'll then have to go north east and down the first ladder. Then once down the first ladder head east along the path then north and go up the ladder in front of you. Next you will see stairs. Run up the stairs, defeat the dragon trainer then just down the slopes (stick to the left side at all times) then down the ladder. Then south and surf on the water, head north and into that first cave you see. surf up and you shud see the pokeball item icon. Also on the piece of land where you picked up your TM is the only place where you can catch a bagon. They are rare so be patient if you want one, but they are definatly worth catching.
