Search around in the area called sootopolis city in front of the gym on the little island use surf and you will have to go straight down in front of the gym. then you will see a dark castle shape in the water use dive. when your down their you will see a little entrance go through it and you will see grass. Search around in the grass. while searching for it you will meet up on a quite amount of clamperls and chinchou. Keep searching and then you will think you got a plus looking for it after a little while you will meet up on him. i had faith for catching my relicanth.

i think you should get rid of skaymory because it is steel and flying when salamance and metagross takes care of that and add a dark,ghost or phsychic Pokemon cause your missing in those departments but otherwise its a nice team. Whats weird is i have metagross, flygon and milotic too. i think you should get rid off salamence and get yourself a magikarp

Rayquaza is located in the sky pillar, near the log city, surf east from there, you will find it north abit after going abit further, make sure you have a match bike because you have to speed over cracks that cant be gone over twice only once, rayquaza is at lv.70 so have many ultra balls or a master ball, because its tricky but possible to catch with other balls rather than master, i suggest about 50+ ultra balls and have a Pokemon that can put it asleep and damage it until low HP. When done its all yours.

you cant, basically the mystic ticket (needed to get to navel rock) was handed out at an event in America and u had to be there to get it, therefore the only way to get there is on the emerald 386 ROM on vba
