Step 1-Get Action Replay (recommended) or GameShark.
Step 2-Be sure to have cheat walk through walls!
Step 3-Open Mirage Island. To get to the Mirage Island is almost impossible (kind of like catching feebas or wining master ball in loto) but you can use cheats or glitches. Search for them in internet!
Step 4-Go behind mirage island using walk through walls cheat.
Step 5-Go in the cave which is behind it but it is impossible to see it.
Step 6-Than just go and you will be there! This is little more complicated when you are inside the cave but you will be okay! There is gym there once you defeat it go to the upperright grass and you will get jirachi lvl 50! If you missed it you have a chance to catch other one but you have to be in grass like 10 minutes! If you caught old jirachi you can have 2 of them! (Warning: In some cartiges it doesn't work but if it does you are lucky! Now I have 3 jirachis! And there is no such a thing as outer space but you can hack your game and it will appear but I am not good at that stuff!
And to activate "Hex Event" (to activate celebi in route 121 in ruby) you need to defeat Pokemon league 70 times, have 70 Pokemon in pokedex, lvl 70 Pokemon, and most important unlock nationaldex. In ruby it is easy to unlock it but in emerald it is kind of hard! But never waste your time to catch celebi in route 123 maybe it is real or maybe not but if it is real you have to spend like all life to find it!!!

Its actually 'M that they are referring to... its quite risky to catch this Pokemon, however, it can be done. The first step is to have a surfing Pokemon and a flying on.e Fly to viridian. Talk to the Old man who teaches you to catch Pokemon (he is in the north, just before you exit town).watch his instructional video, then fly to cinnabar. Surf up and down the east coast until 'M appears. my suggestion is to us e a masterball, because it comes in two forms: a Level 0 one or a level 80 one. The level 0 will be ko'ed by pretty much any attack, so catch it quick. the level 80 is a bit tougher, but if you have a powerful Pokemon, you receive ALOT of exp from this battle. Be careful, some people have reported that sending this Pokemon to bill's PC has caused their game to freeze, or has corrupted Data. I do not recommend catching this Pokemon, rather, catch its cousin Missingno. they look the same (depending on your name) but Missingno is a level 164 (for me anyway, it may be different). 'M evolves at Level 1 into kangaskhan. I don't know why. Both MissingNo and 'M have the same moves when caught: Water Gun, Water gun (yes, twice), and Sky Attack. MissingNo has a very high attack stat, but low defense, speed, and special. its not very practical to use in battle and causes many graphical glitches. You have to go to Sevault Canyon on Seven Island. Wander around in the grass for a while and Larvitar will turn up. Catch it and evolve it to Pupitar and then Larvitar.
Tyranitar cannot be captured instead you must capture a Larvitar then train it to level 55 to evolve it to Tyranitar. Larvitar can be captured in Sevault Canyon on Seven Island.
