The best non legendary Pokemon, or the best Pokemon in general, is a matter of opinion that depends on your prefered type. Ask anyone and they will give you a different answer. However, the non legendary Pokemon with the highest attack is rampardos, who is not in emerald.

to get more masterballs first you must have all the regi's if u havent look on guides and cheats to find were they are once you've caught all the regi's train them p to 100 and go to lilycove mall and talk to the girl make sure all the reg"S are in your party at the time she will give you 99 masterballs enjoy!

um you have to set it by using the d -pad if i were u i would set it too the current time.

At the summit of MT Prye however it is extremly rare only 2% chance of finding it. But keep being in the grass and it will show up

At the start of the game, there is a choice between three Pokemon to choose. Mudkip can learn dive as he is a water/mud Pokemon. Another Pokemon that can learn dive is kyogre, which is at the end of the game. Any water Pokemon should be able to learn dive, surf and waterfall though.

If you haven't defeated the Pokémon League yet then this question is difficult to answer considering Crystal is a low-leveled game... But, if you can be bothered; Try waiting for other Trainers to call you and ask for a Battle or just train in the grass leading up to the Pokémon League.

Groudon is not yet implemented into the minecraft mod of Pixelmon, however in future updates it will, as well as Kyogre.

Wingull is a water and flying type of Pokémon that is fairly common. To get one in Emerald version you could go to route 103.

you can't find a salamence but you can make it evolve from a bagon which evolves into shelgon at level 30and make shelgon evolve into salamence at level 50

what i would say is that you will need to beat the 8th gym because if you go back to where the proffeser with the medirote was stolen you will se water go into it then go up the waterfall next you will have to battle some gradon people keep going until u find yourself at a wate and a waterfall go up the waterfall you will find nothing there go on land run around only a bagon will appear *WARNING* there is only one bagon if you make it faint you won't get another chance
