Step 1-Get Action Replay (recommended) or GameShark.
Step 2-Be sure to have cheat walk through walls!
Step 3-Open Mirage Island. To get to the Mirage Island is almost impossible (kind of like catching feebas or wining master ball in loto) but you can use cheats or glitches. Search for them in internet!
Step 4-Go behind mirage island using walk through walls cheat.
Step 5-Go in the cave which is behind it but it is impossible to see it.
Step 6-Than just go and you will be there! This is little more complicated when you are inside the cave but you will be okay! There is gym there once you defeat it go to the upperright grass and you will get jirachi lvl 50! If you missed it you have a chance to catch other one but you have to be in grass like 10 minutes! If you caught old jirachi you can have 2 of them! (Warning: In some cartiges it doesn't work but if it does you are lucky! Now I have 3 jirachis! To know where I got third one e-mail me at you tube slavko123496) or search it in wiki answers or Yahoo answers! Warning: It is a glitch city If you mess it up you can get in trouble!
And there is no such a thing as outer space but you can hack your game and it will appear but I am not good at that stuff!
And to activate "Hex Event" (to activate celebi in route 121 in ruby) you need to defeat Pokemon league 70 times, have 70 Pokemon in pokedex, lvl 70 Pokemon, and most important unlock nationaldex. In ruby it is easy to unlock it but in emerald it is kind of hard! But never waste your time to catch celebi in route 123 maybe it is real or maybe not but if it is real you have to spend like all life to find it!!!
And if you like glitch Pokemon just go to bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net (Pokemon wikipedia) and search for it! My favorites are ??????? and Missingno.
