after you beat the game Pokemon colosseum,go out of the gasoline station and your email thing will ring. first it will tell you to catch a quilava,then after you catch that it will tell you to meet a guy in the underground. go battle a person with a wailord.he;tell you to go to the shadow Pokemon lab. go where you battle master ein. there will be a green person. battle him and catch bayleef.

1 of Bayleef, Croconaw and Quilava is available when you try to leave Phenac City but you are trapped in due to 3 members of the evil organization blocking all 3 of the exits out of the city. The next 2 are available in the Realgam Tower and in the Pokémon Lab/Snagem Hideout.

The easiest way to rush through the game (without trading from other games, note that this strategy is the best in my opinion, not everyone's) is to choose either Mudkip or Torchic at the beginning. Then catch three Zigzagoons and one Lotad in/around the starting areas, as well as Shroomish in Petalburg Woods. Focus on raising your starting Pokémon as well as Shroomish, and keep all four Zigzagoons in your party.

The reason you should keep the Zigzagoons in your party is because they have one of the best passive abilities in the game - Pickup. I'm sure most people know what it does, which is picks all sorts of items up off the ground every now and then. Pickup x3 is a force to be reckoned with, as items picked up by Zigzagoons are usually Nuggets, Ultra Balls, Super Potions, Full Heals and RARE CANDIES. Rare Candies are what you're aiming for, they speed the game up a hell of a lot. Having 4 Zigzagoons in your party from Petalburg City to Mauville City should yield you roughly 20 Rare Candies (this is an average I've compiled using this method a certain number of times) if you check and take their items regularly, with 3 is almost the same :)

If you picked Torchic as your starting Pokémon, you do the same, get 3 Zigzagoons, 1 Lotad, Shroomish later on carvanha etc...

Of course choosing the Torchic/Shroomish/Carvanha option leaves you one party spot down in the end, and including a HM Pokémon such as Tropius or Wailmer (note that Zigzagoon can be used as a minor HM Pokémon, able to learn Cut, Rock Smash, Surf, etc.), you will only be left with 2 Zigzagoons in your party, meaning less Rare Candy influx, which is a huge disadvantage to your overall party strength.

Tips and guidelines:

-Don't spend too much time being a perfectionist, if a trainer battle is there, take it, if not, move on.

-Don't bother with going out of your way for items, etc.

-Never train on wild Pokémon, it's a pure waste of time using this strategy. The entire point of this strategy is to gain levels while you're travelling.

-When using a Rare Candy(s) on your Pokémon, make sure that they're at the beginning of their current level, otherwise you lose experience.

With Swampert/Breloom, at the Elite Four, they should both be roughly level 61~64.

Suggested movesets:

Breloom: (Blackbelt)

Leech Seed

Mach Punch/Sky Uppercut (personal preference)

Of course once you've done this, you can start working towards a real party for whatever you like. The Pokémon you used to beat the Elite Four are relatively weak because Rare Candies were used to promote their growth, and Rare Candies don't yield as high stat growth as training against wild Pokémon/trainers constantly.

instead of capturing the Shroomish now just get 1 pokemon that can learn fly, later on whenever you can get 1 chinchou ( underwater routes 124/126 with preference in modest nature, since your attacks will be special and not physical, teach him thunder/rain dance / surf & other from hydro pump/ secret power/ toxic )

It's just an amazing combo to everysingle battle, and rarely my Blaziken faints, and when he does, there is that superb Lanturn, so FLygon is almost sleeping!

I think you should let it evolve because its Speed and Sp.Atk shoot up, which makes it a great Sweeper if you're interested in competitive battling online by trading to R/S/E and then migrating to D/P/P. But in game, a high level Manetric is good for taking out troublesome water Pokemon like Milotic.

You need to catch a Zubat from the Cave Poke Spot, then evolve it. After evolving into a Golbat, it will evolve into a Crobat when it's happiness is high enough.

Once you've got the exp share you give it to a poke then just go through battling and occasionally put him in battle and your exp should skyrocket.
