Because a teenager is not an adult. A teenager has not had the time, experience of life, or know how acquired to properly care for and raise a kid on her own. She is emotionally, physically, and mentally immature.

It is hard because it is not the way it should be. A kid should not have to raise another kid. The difference between a 16 year old and a 26 year old is ten years of growth, experience, and knowledge that make a huge difference.

You can get pregnant any time. However, some form of birth control and a condom make pregnancy so low that you dont have to worry about it. I reccomend Yaz birth control pil if you aren't on something already.

I wouldnt say irreuglar periods are a sign of pregnancy its usually actually missing a period for about 2 , 3 or even 4 times(months) in a row. Irregualr periods mean that your body is just developing differently. I reccomend Yaz birth control pills , they regualate ur periods very well.

Urine does not change in appearance when you are pregnant and if it's milky as you say it means there's pus in it so you have an infection and needs to see the doctor.
