Also, remember that if you are worried about being pregnant and your stress levels are high this could effect when your period starts. Some of the most reliable test kits out there are Clearblue and First Response and can tell you whether you are pregnant or not up to 5 days before your expecting your period. Each of these test are roughly 15- 20 dollars but contain the best results. You can purchase these at your local drug store or Walmart, and there is also coupons online. Another important thing to consider if you are taking an oral contreceptive (the pill), you should always make positive you take it at the sametime everyday because this can mess with your menstrual cycle as well. Take another test and if it comes up negative you should be fine, and if you are still worried contact your local Planned Parenthood Clinic for a 16$ test or your family physician. False positives are extremely rare, it would be incredibly unlikely that you'd have two false positives with two different brands of pregnancy test.
