Dress up as Kankuro and convince a friend to be a puppet
hand to face is 1 to 1 and head to body is 1 to 5
It is in the same style as the Bernadette Peters and Steve Martin version in "The Jerk." But the one on the US Cellular commercial is a little different and is missing the waves in the background. It sounds very close to the version by MJ O'Sullivan on his album "All I Need Is This Guitar (that's all I need)" (an obvious tip of the hat to Steve and Bernadette). It's available on iTunes, Amazon, etc.
The Movie is called Team America World Police :)
The first marionete puppets were made in Germany in the 1600's to entertain King George IIV.
Yes, of course. They are very entertaining to watch as well. I have seen Vietnamese water puppetry both in Australia and in Vietnam. It is very spectacular, especially in Vietnam where it is quite cheap to watch and you can learn of historical facts and folk music whilst enjoying watching puppets and their puppeteers perform dancing and acting. The puppets are mostly decorative and very beautiful, some are quite humourous.

Toby. In recent years, Toby the dog has fallen out of favor and is not part of the main cast. He will make occasional appearances, at the discretion of the performer. Punch and Judy, however, does not have an definitive story.
