Get some cleaning medicine at the pet store or take it to the vet to get your turtle cleaned up. Remove the leeches--you can just scrape them off. Dab the wounds with betadine, and then schedule a vet appointment. While you wait for your appointment date to come around, collect a fecal sample from your turtles. You can do this with a turkey baster or similar device, after they defecate in the water. Store the sample in the refrigerator (not the freezer). Take it with you to the vet. The vet will check your turtles for health issues, check the wounds, and then check the fecal samples for internal parasites. He will probably find them. If the turtles have leeches, they probably have internal worms, too. He will treat the turtles with worming medications to get rid of the parasites, and will probably send you home with more doses, and instructions.

Be sure you find a REPUTABLE reptile vet! Don't let a vet give Ivomec (a popular dog and cat wormer) to your turtles, Ivomec is toxic to turtles. Ask questions.

most fish will be eaten if you put them together but koi will be ok as long as it is about the same size as the turtle. ghost shrimp and other little aquatic organisms that are cheap to replace would also be nice but if you dont want them eaten then you would want one that your turtle will not be able to bit or fit in his/her mouth

they can eat guppies and betta fish the betta fish will put up a fight sometimes they wont eat the fish and just leave the fish there for a tank mate if there is any amount in a tank together but if you put to many big turtles in a tank with little turtles the big ones will eat it

For a baby? That's way too much! Turtles have no concept of when to stop eating, and in some cases, have eaten themselves to death. The rule I was told long ago and have always stuck to is that they should eat an amount of food equivalent to the size of their head each day. This rule has always worked for me to keep happy, healthy turtles.

If you mean swimming up to the glass and frantically trying to swim to you, he's trying to get you to give him food. Sure, they do it in the wild. If you have pet red eared sliders and geese then as long as the geese don't pick on the the turtles you will be fine.

Red Eared sliders are aggressive over food, territory mates, etc. Most likely it was due to that aggression. I would suggest separating the sliders and taking the injured slider a vet. Good Luck!

Turtles do not shed their shells. The scales on their shells, called scutes, are not supposed to come off and will almost certainly result in the death of the turtle if they do. Scute Shedding Over a period of time, the scutes will begin to shed. This is completely normal and you can notice the process when their appearance begins to lighten or become a golden color. This is due to the air seeping between the new and old scutes. It should not be necessary to help or force the old scutes off, especially when there is a proper basking area set up. It is important for your turtle to be able to regularly dry off completely. Many people also do not realize how big aquatic turtles can get. Red eared sliders and a couple of the other commonly available pet species will grow to at least 10-12 inches long and thus will require correspondingly large enclosures. All turtles have the potential to enjoy a very long life span (i.e. several decades!) if cared for properly.
