a good gun smith can fit screws to the gun. Finding the original screws will be almost impossible.

There is a small switch on the left side of your gun at the end of the area where the bolt slides into the gun. Flip it up and pull your bolt out. Take the magazine out and your done. As simple as that.....that is if you're just trying to clean your weapon....otherwise you need an armorer.

Those are very rare takeit to a gun dealer but those could be from 400-800 dollars, it depends on its age, manufacturer, action, condition, and its rarness.

Depends on condition, condition, and condition. If it says 22 short (not long, long rifle) then this is a 12-B which is referred to as a Gallery rifle which is what they were typically sold for. It's a bit scarce to find this in real good condition since most were used hard. A gallery in poor condition is still probably worth $300 and in excellent condition can be a $1,200 rifle. With box it would be worth A LOT more I've never seen a 12-B box.

No. You can buy replacement triggers that have a lighter pull. They are only about ten dollars.

If the barrel is the factory piece and no repopped. The 244 had a 1 in 12 twist until 1962 when it became commercialized as the 6mm Rem. Cal with a 1-9 twist that stableized the round in the model 700. Therefore, your rifle is of '61 vintage or a bit earlier. The age is not much help in the value unless basically NEW IN THE BOX... As you have NOT stated the NRA condition of this rifle, it could be roughly valued at 200-325.00 in good condition, MINT in the box, the 244 caliber in the Model 722 is bringing 600-1100. If you are asking this question, you should not be removing the bolt from this rifle. If you do not get the bolt locking pins back correct you could be holding a bomb when fired.

There are sporting rifle take down books that show the take down for the 7400.

Top or action has a dove tail to hold rings. If your rifle has no dove tail it may need scope bases, I am almost positive that all 66's had dovetail tops.
