Uncle Ben's produces many different varieties of rice. If you are referring to the quick cooking varieties, and how to get the same cook time, parboiled rice or converted rice is what Uncle Ben's quick cooking and microwave rices use instead of white rice. These will probably also give you the closest consistency.
If you are referring to the flavor, Uncle Ben's is most famous for their Seasoned Rice and Seasoned Wild Rice, which can be approximated by adding 1 tsp dry chopped onion, 1/2 tsp dry parsley, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp ground tumeric, 1/2 tsp (or less, I use about 1/3 tsp) ground cumin, 1/4 tsp ground ginger, 1/8 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp salt and one chicken bouillion cube to every 2 cups water your rice calls for, and preparing your rice according to its package. The color will be more yellow than you are used to, but the flavor will be close.

No. While Golden Rice is an effective source of provitamin A [1] and therefore promises to save hundreds of thousands of children from unnecessary suffering the consequences of various diseases related to vitamin A deficiency (inluding death) [2], it is not yet grown commercially. For this the main reason given by one of the co-developers of Golden Rice are unjustified, costly and protracted regulatory requirements [3]. However, it is expected that over the coming years Golden Rice may finally be approved for cultivation in one or the other country in South or South-East Asia.

How do they grow rice in Vietnam?
Rice in Vietnam is grown along the Mekong and Red River deltas. Although mechanized farming methods are becoming popular in certain places, the traditional way to cultivate rice involves flooding the rice fields during or after the process of setting the seedlings.
Rice is not the same as sugar - eating complex carbohydrates like rice and potatoes actually makes the body work harder for the sugar/energy than eating junk food like chips and candy.
Also, most Asian countries eat plain rice, not rice with fattening sauces, and they eat healthy fish and veggies along with the rice.
Why do rice grow best in humid warm and also wet climate?
It doesn't, but as it is a water-plant in early life, it can only be grown where flooding the fields is an economically viable proposition - and the cheapest way is to use rain or surface water.
