Cheat: Popping Balloons
Popping balloons around the park and owned by patrons is rather easy in the game - all you have to do is click on them and they will automatically pop. However, don't get carried away! If you do it too often, the guests won't buy them anymore and will become disgruntled as a result.

When guests get tired of a rollercoaster, simply shut it down and take out a single track and replace it with the same track, then re-open it, guests will treat it as if its a new attraction!

Hint: Fix Ride
First, close the ride/attraction. Next, change the number of cars/trains. This should cause new cars to appear. If they don't show, quickly switch the ride from test run and back to closed again. The text at the bottom of the window should change if done right. You might have to delete a piece of track and replace it with the same piece to make it work. Doing this will save repair costs.

When a guest is sick, pick him up, drop him in the water, pick him up, drop him in the water etc... Keep doing that and the sick guest will become very happy and healthy.

Where does a mechanic fix a ride in roller coaster tycoon 3?
99.9% of the rides, weather they are flat rides or roller coasters, have a way for the mechanic to repair them when there's a breakdown.
Go to any ride or attractions ticket booth (entry point). Look behind the swinging gates to the right side of the steps of a roller coaster ride, or on flat rides (re. Gravitron), you will have to look somewheres in the ride.
What you are looking for is a small box with a symbol or icon on it (looks like a "lightingbolt", to me). When the ride breaks down a mechanic will be summoned, or you can have the liberty of reminding a mechanic that a ride has broken down. When he arrives at the ride, he will approach the box, pull his trusty screwdriver out of his red tool box and commence to repair the ride. That's right! All rides are repaired at this small box. No ride is repaired physically.
I have been playing RCT3 ever since it came out. One time I had to see what this small box looked like when the mechanic was there. The view is not that clear but what I think I saw was a circle in the box that, apparently, this is what he would use the screwdriver for. I think its some kind of a clock timer and the screwdriver is used to reset the timer after he repairs the ride.
After giving it carefull consideration, I have an idea what this box does or looks like inside of it. I have my idea drawn on paper. Inside view: on top is a LED readout, for which he reads everytime he inspects the ride. It indicates the problem, or whatever. In the middle, is the timer. There are 12 little red lights showing the time for his next inspection. There is an option for every ride to where you can change his inspection time for each ride. The 10 minute mark is the fastest. And last, on the bottom is a "on-off" switch.
