There is no way to duplicate items in Runescape. Although there was a bug once which did allow a person to duplicate party hats, this was quickly fixed.

The grand exchange is one of the easiest place to sell jewery, or as a matter of fact most items. Otherwise the best free-to-play NPC to sell them to would be the gem merchant in al-karid (near to the gnomish glider) you can sell anything to anyone anywhere but be careful theyre not ripping you off. Other than those, there is also a slightly more deserted place to sell gems which is to a shop behind the smaller bank of Falador.

Level 1 - 20

Here you should be just starting out and beginning on cows, chickens or men. These oppositions are very weak and easy to kill so training on them for 30 minutes will put you at 20 in strength. There are a huge variety of monsters you can kill but for me these 3 types are ideal for starting out.

Level 21 - 40

Now you are a little higher combat and strength you need to start training on higher leveled monsters, hill giants and moss giants are pretty much ideal. They are so ideal because being the level that they happen to be they cannot hit particularly high, this is great for training as you will not require any food.

Level 41 - 75

Now is where the real training kicks in, from 41 75 will take about a week of skilled training. The next monster on my list is Fire giants, these are weak to strength attacks and this leaves a wide variety of xp available to earn. With fire giants even at level 41 you can be getting 50k xp an hour, like I said this is where the real training kicks in. Rock crabs are also available at this point but they are slower xp.

Level 76 - 99

Now from 76 99 with take a good month so don't be put down when you're not 99 after a week. For this you need to kill bandits. When killing bandits you must wear ether an item from zammy or saradomin because this way the bandits will all attack you, this gets 70k an hour in an empty world. Training in this way will make you the best on runescape and though it requires a bit of effort it is well worth the rewards.

There is always another type of monsters to kill because runescape is an enormous game, i have simply picked out the most common monsters to train on and displayed them to help others. do not expect to get 99 strength after 2 weeks, it takes time.

Hints:

Whilst killing the monsters remember to pick up feathers, bones, jewelry and other items,these can be sold at general stores or to other players, the higher the monsters your killing the better and more expensive the drops are.

wearing a ring of wealth will increase rare drop rates by 20% this is good.

easy just buy coal and iron from the grand exchange then smith it to steel bars sell them for 550each and there you are high smithing experience and more money made!

Thieve the highest possible NPC that you can. Like anything skillwhether strength or herblore just do the same.

Theive from mans till you get 5 thieving. Then steal from the tea stall or baker stall till lvl 20. If you don't want guards fighting you use the tea stall. Then steal from the silk stall till lvl 38 theiving. Next, theive from master farmers until lvl 55 to theive knights because they are a one click pickpocket. You can then train on knights till 99 or do the faster way which is train theiving till lvl 65 then use Pyramid Pto lvl 99. Pyramid Plunder is a thieving minigame in the desert.

good one but think you should theive from men until you can steal from tea stall and then steal until level 15 so you can pickpocket HAM members because you can get cluescrolls from them. i got 3 in one day.<-- dont do this one, whoever wrote this is a newb. this is quit literally the worst exp possible.

well, considering you cant get 3 of the same clue scroll in runescape, you must have been really workin on those scrolls. but on the other hand, yes pyramid plunder is the fastest way for 99 thieving, i got to 98 thieving is 4 days and only worked on it about 6 hours per day. so maybe a total of 24-26 hours? have fun thieving. if you want add my noob account, tylero93.
