Yes, you are able to play RuneScape on a dial up. As long as you have an internet connection, you should be fine. It might be a little slower, though.

Log on to RuneScape in world 16.

To do air running, you need to have:

-lots of unnoted regular essence, but bring as much as you can carry.

-an air tiara or air talisman

After getting these items, go south of the city of Falador. There should be a big trail of people there.

Go into the air altar by clicking on the mysterious ruins if you have an air tiara or by using your air talisman on the mysterious ruins. When you are inside, require assistance from anyone saying things like, "7x" or "9x".

When it says that you have received assistance from the player, craft your runes by clicking on the air altar and then say something like, "Thank you" to notify that you are done crafting your runes.

Go out of the place and go into the city and go to the bank and deposit your air runes and then withdraw essence. Repeat this over and over until you run out of essence.

When you are done, you will have a lot of air runes. You could either keep these or sell them on the Grand Exchange for money.

just go to the grand exchange and keep on pressing the minus button under the price till it doesent go any lower and that's your price i know they sell for more than oak though so the normal price is over 32 gp each but anyway the harder it is to cut something till you get to yews the cheaper it is its weird but trust me normal logs go for more than oak and and oak go for more than willow just put your logs up for normal price they should sell withing a min probobly if that doesnt work then get your wc to 15 and cut oaks cause i know that oaks sell fast that was my first money making stradegy. if its money your looking for the best way id say is to kill cows and sell their hides which is 100gp a peice. if your really in to wc(wood cutting) then just cut your way till your lvl 60 which im still working on im at like 52 but theres a lot of oaks near entrance of varrock left of the black or dark wizards (i forget what their called) and there is a crowded place for willows in draynor west of the bank there, which is where i deposite them if your having troubles with that one just look for a huge group of ppl cutting willow trees if that doesent work then ask ppl where the willow cutting place is near by it takes like 10 seconds to get to from the bank in draynor but anyway your going to have to go from lvl 30 wc to 60wc just by cutting willow.

How to hack runescape accounts!

Step 1.

Get the runescape account name you want to hack.

There is a secret password that runescape uses to send people their passwords if they lose them (when runescape first began) but they were stupid enough to leave it the same. basically to get to lvl 99 in every skill i guess if that's not your type of game don't play it but theres no way of winning Runescape the only thing there is is to complete quests Zezima was the first to get 99 in every skill.I think its to have fun and pursue your dreams because u can do pretty much anything.

lets face it completing the whole of runescape would take forever that's for people with absolutely no life and when i mean no life i mean playing the game for literally 24hours or more. The whole point to Runescape is completing all the quest and get every level to 99 and to get every single song unlocked to visit every place in the game and to be rich plus do every single thing in the whole entire game that's it really! once you done all of that its basically just living your Runescape life walking around having fun

To mine you need a pick axe. You can buy a pick axe from the axe store in south Lumbridge or you can a get a new one if yours broke at the mining tutor ( totally free) in the mine south of Lumbridge.
