You just need tunas. There you could train fast and easy and collect their eggs for money.

first of all weapon use the rune scim. The best monster to kill for money is roaches in the stronghold of safety. Lessers and greaters are good for money as well. for experience go to the giant spider in the stronghold of security

Wizards become non-aggressive (won't attack you automatically) when you achieve more than double their level. For instance, a Level 7 Dark Wizard will not attack you when you reach Level 15. A Level 20 Dark Wizard will not attack you once you reach Level 41.
