you can make yellow blue red dyes in runescape. to make the dyes you need to go to aggie the witch who lives in draynor village. she will ask for some items and a little money. it won't exceed 5gps. for red dye.. you will need redberries and for blue dye you will need woad leaves..for yellow dye you will need onions

use the enchant spell it is a different spell for different jewllry

Getting your fishing and cooknig to level 40 helps a lot, then that way you can catch and cook lobster, you will burn a good amount of lobsters along the way, but then move on to sword fish when you have the levels, then sharks...again you will burn a lot!, by the time you have around level 74 cooking, you will stop burning lobsters, so training on them may be a bit better, you can also use cooking gauntlets to reduce level req for non burning form level 74 - 68 which is rather good works with sword fish as well at around level 85-ish. bsut when you move on to sharks the gauntlets will have no effect, but stay with sharks until you get 99, because you can sell them to earn good money for ya cooking cape, and fishing cape should you decide to get it.

That entire paragraph is complete false. For people that are looking for 99 cooking do not cook lobbys, swordies, sharks or any of them right when you get to your level, its horrible exp and waste of your money. The best and most accurate way to get 99 the fastest is either fishing trout and salmon (Since you get a full load within 3 mins usually) or you can buy tuna if your cooking level is 70+ perferably. Once you reach 70 do tuna till your level 99 for a fast with mid grade expense. If you would like to do it the slightly slower but entirely cheaper is to either fish/catch trout and cook them. At the current rate of trout at 28 gp each they are very cheap and not expensive at all. The current rate of tuna is 130 gp each so you can see the price differences.

The first answer is wrong waste of money completely the second answer is better but again only for people who are very short on money and have alot of patience the best way without spending to much money and not cooking for months is to get a skill calculator from Zybez or rune HQ and figure out how many of a food u need to a certin level in most cases 99 i did lobs i had to get 55k raw lobs this was enough to get me to 99 it cost me about 10m u can use swordfish after a certin point if u would like of higher fish but burning is a waste of money so be carefull not to over spend.
