OK this is NOT an answer to my question just a short summary. When i go on the rune scape log in page to write my user name or password it wont let me type in any letters I'm NOT banned) And yes this is a newer laptop and when i go on a older slower computer it lets me on even though my laptop is more up to date .WHY? (and yes i updated the java on the laptop)

No...the game is played on a Java-based platform. At this time, Chromebooks don't allow for Java. However, one workaround would be if you installed Linux (ex: Ubuntu), but this requires some work.

You need a player owned house, then simply build up your construction level high enough to build garden and stuff to place in it, then create a new room, select garden and start building, simple.

You cannot trim armour in Runescape. You get trimmed armour from Treasure Trails. (members only.) To start Treasure Trails, kill things, (I kill Varrock guards) and get clue scrolls. After that, your on your own.TO get help with treasure trails,go onto www.runescape.wikia.com it works! you can aslo get trimmed armour by pvp and g.e (easiest way)

Go east of Draynor Bank Behind The Old Wise Man's House, looks for a house with a cauldron in it, you can't miss it.

Spiked boots can be obtained by bringing an iron bar and a pair of climbing boots to Dunstan, the blacksmith at Burthorpe. You will have to have completed the required part of the Death Plateau quest in order for Dunstan to be able to help you make the boots.

He is part of the "Temple Of Ikov" Quest, you may need the requirements of that quest to be able to speak to him about anything.

The skills needed to reach level 126(F2P Max level) are 98 Prayer, 99 Defense, 99 HP(Constitution), 99 Attack and 99 Strength (Attack and Strength can be substituted for either Magic or Ranged as each of them act as both accuracy and power for the respective combat types, the level up formula was reworked some time ago). Where to train these skills depends on your current level, equipment, and in the case of Prayer, in-game wealth. You can look up various guides or wiki sites for suggestions on what to fight, just make sure those suggestions are up to date as the game has changed a lot in recent years and will likely change in the years to follow(for example I had to edit a LOT of this post as it was outdated by several years, I'm also trying to future-proof it a bit by avoiding specific suggestions that may become outdated).

The best/most cost-effective(and time-effective) way to train prayer is by buying bones and sacrificing them at an altar(Ectofuntus or a Gilded Altar are recommended). Dragon bones, Airut bones, and Frostdragon Bones are all common and excellent choices, depending on how you value your time, as they are all quite expensive, and the more XP the bone provides, the more in-game gold it costs. Better bones or ashes may be released at any point in the future so be sure to look into your options and decide from there.

In RuneScape, if you use the iron ore on a furnace with a smithing level of at least 10, you will attempt to turn the ore into a bar. (The attempt is due to the fact that iron ore has a chance of failing - causing you to lose the ore and not get a bar.)

Current solutions to increase the rate of successful smelting are:

P2P: Wear a ring of forging - this increases the likelihood of success by 30%

(Only lasts for 120 smelts)

F2P: Use the spell "Super-heat Item" - this has a 100% chance of success.

Attack, Strength, Defence, Hitpoints, Prayer, Range, Magic, Runecrafting, Agility, Herbore (formerly called Herblaw), Theiving, Crafting, Fletching, Mining, Smithing, Fishing, Cooking, Firemaking and Woodcutting.
All These were the first skills, all released at the same time.

They can be worn for 30 minutes, before they crumble to dust. Considering this fact, it is probably not worthwhile to pay the high price to get them. However, I would not call it a rip-off - the high price is due to the fact that these items are quite rare.

You can't make it from scratch, you have to talk to thw wizard in the basement of the wizard tower or the Magic shop owner in Varrock to have them transport you to the rune essence mine. You will mine it from there

you should do yew longbow all the way to 99 fletching if you would like to make money. But if you would like it to go a lot quicker but it will cost you a lot of money magice longbows are the way to go :)
