It gives 50 experience each time it it mined. A full inventory with 27 slots (minus 1 assuming a pickaxe is in the inventory) gives a total of 1350 experience with 28 slots (wielding a pickaxe) gives 1400 experience.

A Newt's Eye can be bought in Port Sarim's Magic shop for several gp.

A Rat's Tail can be obtained by killing a rat. A rat's tail will not appear if you have not started the quest Witch's Potion or have already finished it.

Well first of all it takes alot of time to train up and if your working on 12goals at once your obviously not gunna get anywere so work on 1 and 1 ONLY!!!!!! for example i have 4 level accounts all level 100+ my highest is level136 on pvp cuz i work always on 1 skill ok but when you start you have to get up strength attack and defence together to wear armour but after you have rune work on 1 skill all my accounts are level99strength 99 def and 99att.

another way is pking in wildi i made 200mil from pking people hold gs's and that bank em and when you have awesome stuff sell em for $$$$$$$ and you'll be awesome!!!

For f2p i suggest.

From 1-20 normal trees near grand exchange.

From 20-40 oak trees near grand exchange.

From 40-75 willow trees near draynor bank.

From 75 - 99 yew trees near grand exchange or edgeville.

For p2p i suggest. From level 1 - 20 cut down normal tree's in seer's village.

From level 20 - 40 cut oak tree's in seer's village.

From level 40 - 60 cut willow tree's in seer's village.

From level 60 - 80 cut maple tree's in seer's village.

From level 80 - 99 cut yew trees in seer's village.

If you want fast xp but not much money cut willows from 40 - 99 as they give the fastest xp in the game.

If you want slow xp but more money cut yews from level 80 - 99 as they give the most money in the game.

If you want really really fast xp cut choking ivy which was an update jagex put in the game cut ivy from level 68 - 99 as they give 332.5xp per piece but they give NO money!

Magic logs give the most money for logs which is just over 1k per log but they give really slow xp i would suggest cutting them from level 99 as you can just cut them for fun but gain loads of money.

here are 3 ways to make a decent amount of money fast. 1. Kill cows and pick up their hides until u have a full inventory of cow hides. sell them at the grand exchange west of varrock for the lowest price. u get about 3k for a full inventory. 2. Go to the grand exchange. buy a brass key. leave the grand exchange and go west until u find a small building unlock the door and climb down the ladder. u will find level 28 hill giants. u will need adamant armour or better and a combat level of 35 or better. when u kill them take their bones. they sell for about 300 gold each. so just 3 sets of bones equal about 900 gp! but this takes a long time too. 3. get a high enough woodcutting level so u can cut oak trees. cut oak trees until u have a full inventory of oak logs. sell them at the grand exchange for lowest price. u only get 1k for a full inventory but it's faster than killing cows or hill giants.

You should work towards a goal, such as level 100 cb, rather than taking someone else's work.

Besides, i don't think someone will just pop up and give you an account like that. =\

From level 1-15 fishing, buy a net, and fish shrimp in drayner village. (use world map)

From levels 15-60, powermine trout and salmon with a fly-fishing rod and feathers in either lumbridge or barbarian village.

From levels 60-65, fish lobsters in Karamja. If you want money, then bank them, because the sell for about 350 gp each.

From levels 65-99, fish swordfish using swordfish gloves in Karamja. You can obtain swordfish gloves by playing Fist of Guthix. If you have a low combat level, and can't obtain enough tokens to get the gloves, then just fish for lobbies till 99 fishing.

ALSO there has been changes in Runescape you may also go to Ice Mountain's dwarven mine go down the ladder in the dwarven mine and forward down a rope and fish cavefish and rocktails for higher levels.

Coming from a member who has already reached 99 Strength, Hiscores: Kearhs, there are a few key places to reach 99 in combat skills, excluding range, magic and prayer.

Members:

For members you have three options, first option is lvl 50 spiders in 3rd lvl of stronghold of security, they have 50 hp, hit low and auto-attack. Therefore you can sit back and relax while the exp flows in (this is my prefered method), second method is Pest Control, although PC has been changed to give a reasonable amount of exp, it is still a great place to train and make a bit of money, third option are Experiments lvl 25, they have 100 hp and will barely hit at all, Main problems with these monsters is that you have to complete the quest 'Creature of Frankeinstein', also this training area is usually packed with other players, limiting the amount of monsters you can attack.

Rock crabs are also an alternate method however these can get annoying and highly repetative when attacking them.

Non-Members:

Non-members should first train on hill giants that could be found in the wilderness or beside the cooking guild in a small building and to unlock the small building's door you will need a brass key that you could buy from the grand exchange. Then i would fight black knights that are level 33 after i am about level 70 once again i would train on lesser demons but remember to bring food, an alternate method to this is to train on lvl 57 ice warriors and lvl 53 ice giants found south-east of falador inside a cavern. Then i would go for greater demons that are in the level 90's. After you get to the greater demons you should have a pretty high level and might even be 99 depending on how much you train a day.

You Could Also Go To The Newish Mini-Game Soul Wars,,, It Is Members Only I Think All You Have To Do Is Win For Zeal Keep Saving Up When You Get About 100 Spend Them On The Strength, Attack, Defence Reward(Which Ever One You Want To Train).(You Go Against Other Players) (Downfall You Need High Slayer Say 40+).

the two current best xp methods are:

1)after completing defender of varrok quest you can access armoured zombies they have a fast spawn easily AFKable with a altar next to them using a salve amulet (e) full void set and turmoil+soul split you can stay there indefinatly earning 100k/hr xp+ you can improve your results further by using the dragon battle axe special to boost your strength reccomend using a saradomin sword if training strength and a whip+dragon defender is training attack or defense.

2)this method will cost a large amount of money and if you dont know what your doing you will die. however it is the best melee combat experiance in the game currently. to use this method you will need a set of dharoks armour with the axe aswell. you will need 70+ attack strength and defense (to wear the dharoks) and you must have completed the quest monkey madness. you also need at least 43 prayer however this is a bare minimum. i would recommend at least 70 for peity or 95 for turmoil.

what you need

full set of dharoks (with axe) good attack boosting armour (all optional just take the best you have) recommend amulet of fury firecape dragon boots/steadfast boots barows gloves. you also need many zamorak brews a monkey greegree and some super antipoisons (this is for the annoying scorpian which will poison you if you dont)

there is no point in taking stat boosting poitions like super atrtack or strengths as the zam brews already do this and the effect does not stack. and a teleport out of some sort

what to do:

take youre fully charged dharoks set alot of zamorak brews, about 6 super antipoisons (4 dose) and a monkey greegree to the temple on ape atoll. before you you enter the island equip everything you need(dharoks armour and gear) and then equip the greegree once you on the island.

go to the monkey temple in monkey form and stand next to the altar there if you do not already have full pray points pray at the altar now. then whilst in monkey form turn on protect/deflect melee and peity or turmoil if you have them (you can set them to quick prayers if its easier) and drink a dose of super antipoison. now you can equip you dharoks axe and you will turn back into human form with protect melee on (never under any circumstances turn protect melee off or will die almost instantly) at this point everything in the temple will start attacking you but as they are all melee only you are safe. now be very careful and dont be risky but drink some zamorak brews (this will damage you) untill you have low health. (when doing this try to get as low health as possible but dont be stupid with it; if you have 100 health and drink a dose then your going to die.) now you can fight the monkey guards (basicly gorillas) that are there using the dharoks set effect (this makes you hit harder the lower your health is). when your pray points get low simply pray at the altar. and if the pesky scorpian poisons you drink a super antipoison (you will need to notice this and act immediatly as with already low health the poison can easily finissh you off). doing this you will earn massive amounts of xp per hour the rate depends on your stats and the gear you wear. when you health get higher on its own take some more zammy brew and when you run out of supplys or your dharoks degrades you will need to bank to restock/recharge.

as a personal not never use and minigames (especially not soul wars) for xp as the xp rates are pathetic. if you are free to play the spider method mentioned above (by the other guy) is the best method for f2p. hope this helped you :)

With the trade limit, you must either trade an amount of junk or items equal to the amount of gold you are transferring, or you can do some kind of PvP without item-reducing. Possibly Bounty Hunter or Bounty Hunter Rogues.

The grotto names and locations are always randomised so no one can ever tell you a location based on the name alone. Since there's a limited number of places a grotto can appear (about 100 or so) people have mapped them out. You need to look at the maps they have made and compare it to the mini map your Clay Cave of Doubt displays, to match it up to a location.

Go east of Draynor Bank Behind The Old Wise Man's House, looks for a house with a cauldron in it, you can't miss it.

Spiked boots can be obtained by bringing an iron bar and a pair of climbing boots to Dunstan, the blacksmith at Burthorpe. You will have to have completed the required part of the Death Plateau quest in order for Dunstan to be able to help you make the boots.

He is part of the "Temple Of Ikov" Quest, you may need the requirements of that quest to be able to speak to him about anything.

The skills needed to reach level 126(F2P Max level) are 98 Prayer, 99 Defense, 99 HP(Constitution), 99 Attack and 99 Strength (Attack and Strength can be substituted for either Magic or Ranged as each of them act as both accuracy and power for the respective combat types, the level up formula was reworked some time ago). Where to train these skills depends on your current level, equipment, and in the case of Prayer, in-game wealth. You can look up various guides or wiki sites for suggestions on what to fight, just make sure those suggestions are up to date as the game has changed a lot in recent years and will likely change in the years to follow(for example I had to edit a LOT of this post as it was outdated by several years, I'm also trying to future-proof it a bit by avoiding specific suggestions that may become outdated).

The best/most cost-effective(and time-effective) way to train prayer is by buying bones and sacrificing them at an altar(Ectofuntus or a Gilded Altar are recommended). Dragon bones, Airut bones, and Frostdragon Bones are all common and excellent choices, depending on how you value your time, as they are all quite expensive, and the more XP the bone provides, the more in-game gold it costs. Better bones or ashes may be released at any point in the future so be sure to look into your options and decide from there.
