There is a movie studio on this smaller island between the two brigdes, behind the studio is a small wooden dock. I found I wanted to do this when I first played grand theft auto iv, but the only way I could do it was to save my games on several save slots without the autosave, this way I could backtrack into a previous save where it had my favourite mission (in my case it was Three Leaf Clover), and play the mission again as often as I wanted (making sure I didn't have the autosave on, of course).

Now the Car/motorcycles is located outside every one of your cribs (houses), To get a boat garage you need to buy one for $5,000, and there found on the edge of the water. Your helicopter garage is located on the top of the saints hidout (after you compleat the "saints revival" missons) and on every pent house you buy.
