* Rhino: spawn cheat, Area 69 AKA Restricted area AKA no man's land, steal it during 6-Star Wanted Level, get 100% completion rating to spawn one at Johnson House (Getting 100% also gives you a hydra) * SWAT Tank: must be stolen during final mission, "End of the Line" (Sweet Johnson) I recommend this strategy: steal it, go to San Fierro, go to Import Export Crane, get in crane, pick up tank, dunk in water until u fail mission BUT DO NOT LET GO, then lift it up, put it on dry land get in, save it and enjoy- it's nearly indestructible.
