American Airlines Flight 11 hit the North Tower of the World Trade Center complex at 8:46 AM in the September 11 attacks.

Andy Card, the President's Chief of Staff, notified President Bush that a second plane had hit the World Trade Center. Earlier reports about a plane hitting the North Tower were given before Bush started a scheduled event at a Florida school.

Yes. There were obviously no survivors from the planes, but many people in the buildings were able to escape (mostly people who were below the floors of impact).

His name was Osama Bin Laden and him and his group of men known as Al- Qaeda destroyed the Twin Towers on September 11th, 2001. Osama Bin Laden is dead though he was killed by American forces in Pakistan on May, 2nd, 2011. Hoped that helped!!

The attack on the twin towers was in New York. The attack on the Pentagon was in Virginia, and Flight 93, which was the plane where the passengers fought the hijackers and tried to take back control of the plane, crashed in Pennsylvania.
