9/11 is noted for the Attack on the world Trade Center, but that is not all that happened that day. 4 American Airliners were hijacked by 19 terrorists. Two were headed for Ney York City, destined on a collision course with the north and south towers.
There were two other targets, one, being the American Military Headquarters in Arlington, Virginia, The Pentagon. The US jumbo jet collided with what i believe was either the south or west wing of the pentagon, and a fire broke out.
The final Target Is still unclear, because it was never reached. on board the flight, a man was talking to his wife over his cell phone, and she told him of the attacks. His plane had been hijacked, and the passengers knew their destination, WASHINGTON DC. The Passengers, who were now hostages, created an upising, knowing the plane must have been headed for the white house. The president, however, was not there, but their sacrifice was not in vain. The passengers overpowered the hijackers, and the plane crashed. The Plane was reported to go off radar over a field near a town called Shanksville, in a rural area in Pennsylvania.
