After shaving legs, armpits, bikini area, put hydrocortizone cream on, it works great, it prevents irritation and bumps...:D
Can you get blisters from shaving?
Yes. I have been struggling with that for 3 years. It is called Hidradenitis Supperativa. Try to apply Neosporin to it, before it gets any bigger than the size of a pea. This will kill the infection in it, and it will not have a chance to grow. Mine grew into the size of a golf ball, and I now have a draining open wound that will not heal. Be very careful and nip it in the bud and just slather that Neosporin on it. It will be gone in a few days. Unfortunately it was too late for me.

There is not really a certain proper way to shave, all I do is wet the thick long hair with war water, put on the shave gel and gently shave it in the direction it grows in otherwise if u shave against the hair line it will hurt and probably bleed (it happened) ):
Does human leg hair grow back faster after shaving or waxing?
Nope, your hair will grow at the same rate. It doesn't matter if you cut it shave it or what ever. Your body has no way of sensing the change in length and therefore does not compensate for it an any way. The only reason why I can think anyone may assume that it is different is the fact that the hair doesn't have it's thinner tips it once had before it was cut giving it the appearance that it is thicker.

No, in fact most European women don't shave their arms, legs, pits etc.. Most Italian women don't practice daily bathing rituals either.

No you can shave without shaving cream, but I don not recomend it.
Shaving cream lubricates the skin so that the razor balde glides over it cutting the hair only. Without shaving cream you would experience a lot more razor nicks.
You can use ordinary bar soap.

How many blades does the Gillette Fusion razor have?
OK it was almost 5 years ago (and still the razor I was given still works. The Gillette Fusion Power Brrrrrrrr razor still works. When I ask my mates how long the blade lasted they all have different time scales. I still win as I'm still using the original blade on my Gillette Fusion since xmas 2007.

Does shaving your legs make you hairy?
Yes, my girlfriend shave her female mustache and it is hairy now then when she started to shave. At first it was blond and a few hairs. Now the color is black and more hairs. It hairy at the corners of her lips and not as hairy under her nose. I now shave her female mustache for her. She does not like to shave it any more. I can tell the more hairs are growing now. Shaving Cream is a compound. A pure substance would only be comprised of one "ingredient."
It is not a good idea to do this, because your so called PRIVATE AREA could possibly get infected or hurt from it. That is as far as I am getting into this...sorry. Hope this helped a litte bit...probably not.
If you cut yourself it hurts terribly. Or if you have a lot of hair to shave it will get caught in the razor and it could pull the hair which would hurt. But if neither of that happens it shouldn't hurt at all.

I am not a hair dresser or anything like that, but I know that I cut my daughter's 'baby hair' off when she was about 7 years old, it was down to her lower back in length and really soft. It has now grown back much thicker and I am regretting having cut it all off.

If you shave the hair off, it will simply continue to grow back, only it will grow back thicker and darker, and therefore, more noticeable. Trust your mother on this one. Perhaps ask her about other alternatives like permanent laser hair removal (it's possible that you are too young to be a good candidate for that, though), or wait until you are old enough to decide a course of action for yourself. There are better, more permanent alternatives to shaving, if not now, then later.
