No you can shave without shaving cream, but I don not recomend it.
Shaving cream lubricates the skin so that the razor balde glides over it cutting the hair only. Without shaving cream you would experience a lot more razor nicks.
You can use ordinary bar soap.

OK it was almost 5 years ago (and still the razor I was given still works. The Gillette Fusion Power Brrrrrrrr razor still works. When I ask my mates how long the blade lasted they all have different time scales. I still win as I'm still using the original blade on my Gillette Fusion since xmas 2007.
I keep telling peeps but they don't believe me. I know you guys can help as it would not be financially beneficial.
I have a smooth shave with a blade I got in 2007. Why should anyone listen to your adverts sayini you need to spend £7.99 every month to get the best shave?

Yes, my girlfriend shave her female mustache and it is hairy now then when she started to shave. At first it was blond and a few hairs. Now the color is black and more hairs. It hairy at the corners of her lips and not as hairy under her nose. I now shave her female mustache for her. She does not like to shave it any more. I can tell the more hairs are growing now. If you cut yourself it hurts terribly. Or if you have a lot of hair to shave it will get caught in the razor and it could pull the hair which would hurt. But if neither of that happens it shouldn't hurt at all.

If you shave the hair off, it will simply continue to grow back, only it will grow back thicker and darker, and therefore, more noticeable. Trust your mother on this one. Perhaps ask her about other alternatives like permanent laser hair removal (it's possible that you are too young to be a good candidate for that, though), or wait until you are old enough to decide a course of action for yourself. There are better, more permanent alternatives to shaving, if not now, then later.

No it would just make you hair grow healthier if you want you hair to grow faster you can use plasmium gel it grew my hair 6 inches in just 4 months my hair was originaly 3 inches long. buy plasmium gel, let it sit on your scalp for about 7 minutes take it off and condition your hair with a shampoo called jojoba and also use the jojoba conditioner too. you can purchase this online @ vitaminshoppe.com do this for about 2-3 months every two weeks you should see results quickly. if this doesnt work try laser combs my sisters husband used it and his hair grew back 4 inches! There are many ways to treat in ingrown pubic hair
Here are simple proven methods that were used in ancient societies thousands of years ago and are still effective today.
Method 1.
The body will try to eliminate the ingrown pubic hair itself.
You can certainly make it easier for your body go the gym and visit the sauna.
When you have built up a good sweat, lightly scrub exfoliate, to remove the upper layer of dead skin with a "loofa".
A loofa is water based plant and is a slightly coarse sponge.
You can find it in any chemist.
After scrubbing, the ingrown hair will be free as the dilation of the pores will have occurred due to the heat of the sauna,
Get tweezers ready and simply pluck them as you see them
You must stretch the skin tightly, grip the hair close to its root, and tug it.
