If it is not get rid of the barrel and replace it with another. Until you find out if the gun is legal take the upper and lower receiver apart. Store the lower somewhere away from the gun barrel. Have a certified Gun Smith, who is willing to attach his name to a document that states the barrel is legal. Keep this document in a safe place. It may be worth gold at a later date if you are charged with an illegal weapon.
