The manner in which you have asked your question almost guarantees it can not be answered with any degree of accuracy. You do not provide the gauge or type action. You need to give the overall condition, serial number, finish, sights, accessories, box, papers, any engraving, etc.. You might be in the 100-1000 USD and up range depending on specifics.

Cresent made guns under a variety of names

Sorry- not really good news- There were many guns made right around 1900 that attempted to capitalize of the names of well known high quality guns- such as the Barker shotguns sold by Sears (imitating Parker shotguns) Webley- later Webley & Scot, was a well known firm. The only references I have found to Charles Webley guns were low cost guns with Twist Steel barrels. Those are of suspect safety after nearly 100 years, and being exposed to the corrosive effects of black powder shells- please do not fire anything in them until inspected by a competent gunsmith.

It depends on which state you are living, e.g. In Australia you're not allowed, as for the other state, check wikipedia.

I sold mine for $1350. The serial number ended in an E which made it "collectors" item.

Unscrew the current choke and screw in the required choke. Making sure to clean the threads before hand.

12 gauge is thicker than 20 gauge. The lower the gauge, the thicker the sheet metal or wire.
