You build train tracks (rail) and stations and if you positioned them correctly (where your sims want them) you will get trains. The trains are steam, freight, and passenger(steam and freight need freight station and passenger needs passenger station)

It's a Tree that hacks the game and gives you money mine that I downloaded gives my city 100.000.000 each month.

press ctrl and x all at the same time, and a little letter box will appear at the top left corner. type in you don't deserve it, then press enter a few times. you will unlock every building on sim city 4, including area 5.1! you dont deserve it is a very helpful cheat that good for fast growing cities

in the options menu go to password and enter the following in caps

MONEYBAGS. you'll have inf cash for your current saved games. it helps a ton

Simcity 4 only have in transport roads and one bridge. But in^(Simcity Deluxe...)

Or else just go to the list of Disasters and set an isolated tree on fire, then quickly go to the fire truck mission and drive to the fire. The tree should burn out and get you the completed mission window. Then repeat two more times and you sohuld get the fire station.

I'm not sure about other operating systems, but on XP go into My Documents, and there will be a folder labelled SimCity 4. Inside this folder, there will be a further folder labelled Regions. Simply delete this 'Regions' folder, start up SimCity 4, and your regions will be reset.

The above advice is NOT a reset. It has the same effect as just running Sim City 4 and deleting an entire region from within. Doing it from within the game is far easier and runs a lesser risk of deleting the wrong files. It does NOT restore the original region to installation status.

Yes, but it is not like a total war and it is just a simple riot that destroys and put buildings on fire and also you can deploy police to block roads... to prevent them from destroying your city... to start a riot in SimCity 4/Rush Hour/Deluxe you need to make your Mayor Rating low to start a war
