Yep! TLC renewed Sister Wives for a second season. The first 10 episodes of season two are currently in post-production and are expected to air beginning in March 2011. The season is expected to have a total of 20 episodes.
If one of the Sister Wives divorced Kody, they could marry another man. (This happened with Robyn, who divorced her previous husband and later married Kody) They could not marry anyone while still being married to Kody. Their church (the Apostolic United Brethren) teaches that marriage is only between one man and one or more women. Women cannot be married to multiple men at one time.
Kody Brown and his family moved to Las Vegas, Nevada to escape the scrutiny of the legal investigation that was being done on their family for violating Utah's Bigamy law. While the bigamy investigation is still ongoing, they feel more comfortable in Las Vegas, where they don't feel they are being followed by the police.
Meanwhile, the Brown family has announced that they are currently filing a lawsuit challenging the Utah bigamy law.
