Are Element skateboards better than Almost?
Im not sure, I've heard that there is that awesome almost uber light skateboard, it has actually got a deck inside adeck, wierd huh, but the "inner deck" is made from carbon fiber, and the"outer deck" is from the traditional 7 ply maple stuff, Also, there is that new element push deck which is the same as that "featherlight helium", just with extra carbon fiber inlay to make it lighter and stronger, they both have "supernatural pop". take your pick!

What happens when bearings get wet?
The first couple of times bearings get wet the grease/oil inside them will protect the mechanism, but by repeatedly flushing them they will rust and deteriorate. If they have rubber shields, one remedial action is to pop them open and add rinse them in something like acetone before (most importantly) adding bearing oil and putting the shieds back on.
Is a 360 pop shuvit supposed to be a hard trick?
It all depends on what you're used to. I found them to be relatively easy because I learned 360 flips first and learned how to rotate it with my back foot. Try keeping your back foot towards the center of the tail, not near either edges or the concave to prevent it from flipping. But no, many people find this to be easy but I could see how it can also trouble many people. Try watching a few trickipedia's and watching their back foot motion and practice that. Good luck!
How do you color your Tech Deck grip tape?
The truth is that you can't really color your tech deck griptape. Unless you do it with a marker or something. The only way to color the griptape is by taking it off a real skateboard. Or you could buy a grip tape on, griptape is sold in lots of different colors and patterns, best of all, it ready to use. Plus the grips are made from the same grip tape material used on larger skateboards giving you a better grip on your tech decks.
