Skunks

The size of a cat or smaller with long fur and bushy tails, skunks are easily identified by their distinctive black and white coloration. These near-sighted omnivores have a hearty appetite for grubs and insect pests, and have also been known to consume mice and small rats. They are members of the Mustelid family, which also includes weasels, martens, and badgers. Skunks are found throughout North America, with only one species found in Asia.

They eat insects and larvae, earthworms, small rodents, lizards, rats, salamanders, frogs, snakes, birds, moles, and eggs. They also commonly eat berries, roots, leaves, grasses, fungi, and nuts.

In settled areas, skunks also seek human garbage. Less often, skunks may be found acting as scavengers, eating bird and rodent carcasses left by cats or other animals. Pet owners, particularly those of cats, may experience a skunk finding its way into a garage or basement where pet food is kept. Skunks commonly dig holes in lawns in search of grubs and worms.

Skunks are one of the primary predators of the honeybee, relying on their thick fur to protect them from stings. The skunk scratches at the front of the beehive and eats the guard bees that come out to investigate. Mother skunks are known to teach this to their young.
Ideally, skunks would eat mice, rats, lizards and small creatures like that.

But they love dog food, bbq droppings, compost, trash and anything else they find that we leave around..

Would a bear eat a skunk?

yes -

A full-grown moose has few enemies except Siberian tigers - which are often know to prey on adult

Moose.

Brown and black bears are much more likely to prey on animals closer to their own size (Moose are HUGE), but will attack and eat old, sickly, and very young moose. Brown bears (which are significantly bigger than black bears) have been known to attack and kill pregnant adult Moose cows but are more likely to simply take over kills made by wolf packs than to be the one to kill the animal.

The territories of Polar Bears and moose don't normally overlap but it's probable a polar bear would be happy to eat one if on stumbled into its habitat - assuming the moose didn't kill the bear first.
