No, because it uses pressure to aid breathing. If two people are connected to one source of pressure, it will either not be enough pressure (assuming both people are breathing in and out in unison) or if one person is breathing in whilst the other out, the pressure will be mis-placed.
What part of the sleep cycle is narcolepsy associated with?
the deep, dreaming part of sleep known as rapid eye movement (REM) sleep. Normally when people fall asleep, they experience 90 minutes of non-REM sleep, which is then followed by REM sleep. People with narcolepsy, however, enter REM sleep immediately
There are five stages of sleep. Stage 1 being the one you first
enter, then followed by stage 2, 3 and 4. As you descend into deeper
sleep your brain frequency slows down. In stage 4 can it be slower
than one cycle per second (delta sleep). After some time spent in
stage 4, about 25 minutes, you return to stage 3 and 2, then straight
into REM sleep. About 90 minutes has passed now since you started
sleeping. 5-10 minutes is spent in this stage before you go all the
way down to stage 4 again (also called non-REM sleep). When
approximately 90 minutes have again passed, another REM-period
start. This time the REM sleep lasts longer. And as time progresses
less time in non-REM sleep is needed and more time is spent in REM
sleep. After 4-5 hours you don't go lower than stage 2. Vivid dreaming
takes place in REM sleep, so the more you sleep, the more time is
spent in REM.

There is little if any rationale for using two muscle relaxers together. The side effects would be additive, likely to a dangerous level. As each of these drugs is a prescription item, they should only be used (singly or otherwise) exactly as your doctor prescribed them.

If you're tired from stomach pain or something like that, then, you could be prengnant. Though, either way you should see either a doctor or therapist, because these seem like health problems.

What happens if you take expired sleeping pills?
My wife used to work for a doctors office back in 2004/05 that had TONS of samples of Strattera. I was prescribed Strattera for Adult ADD, and I really like how it worked for me at the 40 MG amount. I got LOTS of samples of it because it was free and worked well. I got off of the med after a change in jobs and felt I did not need it any longer...
Now, fast forward a few years...
It is now 2008, and I have changed jobs again, and feel that I would benift from the drug once again. I went to my family doctor to get a new script for it, to make sure I was still a good candidate for it, and to see if anything else had come to market that might be better... I was told that Strattera was still the only drug of its type, and that I could begin taking it again. I got my script, and went to the pharmacy. After insurance, it was still going to run me $40.00... NOT THAT BAD considering what it is with NO insurance, but still I'd rather take my samples I have. I did the research, and found this question, along with LOTS of other resources. After wading through them for a few hours, I have found ONE link that will keep me from taking my expired Strattera (expired May 1 of 2005)...
http://www.cchr-WA.org/articles_&_links/attached_case.pdf
Case #223349 starts on page 8 and concluded on page 10... Basically, she was Strattera that had expired approximatly 1 year earlier, and was on it for 15-20 days when the following was complained of:
"The patient experienced abdominal pain, nausea and severe right sided headache - dominating frontal and facial regions causing her to wake up at night, shooting pains throughout limbs, white spots in visual field, waking at night, regression in academic progress and difficulty recognising words. Also had faecal and urinary incontinence."
It is worth it to note that not all symptoms have gone away with taking the correct 'in date' Strattera. However, with the idea that not all of her symptoms have gone away, I don't think this is a good med to play around with.
I WILL NOT BE TAKING MY EXPIRED STRATTERA, but that is my choice based on my research.

How do you help yourself to fall asleep?
If you have trouble sleeping there are some things you can do; first, skip nap times and don't sleep in so that you are actually tired at night. Second, don't do any vigorous exercise just before bedtime (sex is the only exeption). Try taking a suppliment (or herbal product) for sleep - but don't get a prescription drug, you will likely get addicted. Go natural first. Also, try reading something dull to get your mind off your busy day and racing thoughts just before bed. Listen to music or watch a movie, that can help too. Finally, when you are in bed and trying to fall asleep, don't think about sleeping. Just start daydreaming about something that you like (not your normal life) and just slip away into this surreal life. You will find probably find that you fall asleep faster.
Usually the cause of fatigue or sleepiness is due to an imbalance in the body.
Many people find after eliminating dairy and gluten products that they sleep much less and feel more alert overall. We have a so called "energy bank" that we have within our bodies. Digestion of heavy, processed, and cooked foods will result in low levels in your energy bank after all the energy it took to break down the complex foods. This is due to a lack of enzymes (a contributing factor in almost every catalytic process in the body). The digestive system becomes sluggish, the blood rushes to the stomach, and your brain gets sleepy. Many of the foods being consumed are heavily refined and filled with toxins and weird chemical additives that are not natural for the body to ingest. The liver and gallbladder are usually quite taxed, as well as the colon and small intestine. We have a little factory going on inside our intestines and the good and bad bacteria are the workers. They work symbiotically to create the ultimate terrain and make up for about 80% of your immune system. When too many processed foods are consumed and a lack of internal cleansing takes place, a dried mucus coating adheres to the intestinal wall...creating a breeding ground for bad bacteria... who steal your energy and dont allow proper assimilation of nutrients and minerals. By alkalizing your body, consuming more raw natural foods instead of relying on synthetic energy drinks you will find your energy levels increasing continuously. By consuming green vegetable juices, blue green algaes, and superfoods you can take your energy levels to a whole new level. Staying up all night no problem. Feeling alert and alive all the time is totally normal for people consuming a high raw food and natural diet.
Can restless leg syndrome be cured?
Yes there is. My husband use to have it and had it for well over 30 years. It drove me crazy! He said he couldn't help it and it felt as if "he wanted to yawn his legs ... stretch or lay down.) I sent him to the doctor and he sent my husband to a Homeopathic doctor who told him to use Calcium and Magnesium together (pill form and get it from a health food store.) It will take a few months, but you will notice a great difference. I've had Restless Leg Syndrome for as long as I can remember, for me the thing that has worked the absolute best is a perscribed medication called Neurontin....wonderful stuff! ;)

Can you take sleeping pills while water fasting?
Vitamins are not recommended on a water fast. If you want to take supplements, they should be crushed to powder form prior to swallowing so that they can be used by the body. Hard form of supplement is not broken down during a fast. Any substance taken while on a fast can upset the stomach since you are not eating regular meal and the stomach is empty. Even breaking the fast you have to be careful in re-introducing too much foods or foods that are hard on the stomach.
