The seventh inning is the final inning of a complete game given that one team is ahead at the end of the inning. A legal game is 4 completed innings.

This depends on the sanctioning bodies rules you are playing under. Some allow up to 11 batters with the 2 additional batters being listed as extra players while recreational teams typically bat everyone.

I would always get nervous before a basketball game. The way that stopped is i would get support from my friends and pray to god and i knew everything would be fine. Or you could just act like it was practice. If your in practice your not nervous. So do either one of those things and it should help. Yes. You cannot slide head first while advancing but you can dive head first BACK to a base.

I am very familiar with ISA, ASA, and College Softball rules and I have NEVER heard of a balk being called in softball, the main reason for this is runners cannot leave the base until the delivery of the pitch, so their is no "checking on the runner" or "throw overs" or "pick offs" like there is in baseball. Now Softball does have "Illegal pitches" and this is a very easy call to make ---

Illegal Pitches:

- dropping the ball in your back windup

- separating the hands

- not being in contact with the rubber and accepting signals

- crow hopping or lifting your drag foot

---- these will be indicated by the umpire shouting "ILLEGAL" -- from there the batter will make the decision to swing if they want.. after play the coach gets to decide if they want the result of the play or take the penalty -- add a ball to the count and runners move up a base

The perfect softball hit is when the batter is able to reach on base because of the hit. The perfect softball hit is also when you are able to advance the runner to the next base or have the runner get a score.

If you want to get back to playing softball, don't let the fact that you haven't played in a few years keep you away. Just sign up for the team and all of the things you have forgotten will come back to you at practice.

In softball, the batter can be walked, strikeout, or they can get a hit. Walks are caused by the batter accumulating 4 balls. A ball is a pitch thrown outside of the strike zone. A strike is a pitch thrown inside the strike zone. A batter can get a strike by either swinging and missing the ball, or they can get a strike from not swinging at a strike within the strike zone.

i never used an oven to break in my mitt but a very good way is to oil your glove (you can buy glove oil at almost any sporting goods store), put a softball in the web, rubberband it, stick it under your matress as you sleep. this will not work by just the first time, i did it to my glove about 3 times and i already felt a difference as i played.
