Collecting baseball cards is a hobby, and you should collect the cards that you enjoy. As an investment to make money it is difficult to know which cards will be worth more in the future. Cards made after 1980 With the exception of limited edition issues were over produced, have a low value, and make a poor investment. Limited edition card are only as valuable as the demand in the market, and over time collectors can loose interest in them. It is very typical for new cards to sell at a high price when first issued, and loose value as time goes by.
The older cards made before the 1980's, and tobacco era, pre war cards make a better investment as the cards are fewer, and collectors are growing in numbers. Investing in trading cards is a poor choice unless it is done as a hobby or for the enjoyment.

The first U.S. dollars were struck in 1794. Early dollars can be worth anywhere from several hundred to many thousands.
HOWEVER, there are many, many counterfeits and copies on the market. Some are legitimate reproductions and are usually labelled with the small word "COPY" somewhere in the design. Others though are pure and simple fakes. You'd need to have someone appraise your coin in person to be sure.

ok so im asking how much it is worth.... it has a variety of names on there including mickey mantle, Stan musial, clete boyer, brooks or frank Robinson, im not too sure which one, i havent pulled the ball out for almost 8 years now.... but it has a total of about 15 names on there all from the all star game at Yankee stadium. i would appriciate any help you could give me.
Key SignaturesFrank Robinson was an All Star in 1959, and 1961 not 1960. So if it is a 1960 All Star team it would be Brooks Robinson's signature. For more help in figuring out what year the ball is from visit Baseball Almanac. I will leave a link for you on the left.A 1960 All Star Team signed baseball with the key signatures Mantle, Maris, Mays, Musial, Mathews, Aaron, Clemente, Wynn could be worth Between $2,000.-$4,000.
Prices may vary based on condition, and the type of authenticity that accompanies the baseball. Prices may also vary based on the amount of signatures, and key signatures acquired. The more complete the baseball with key signatures the more valuable.
It would be hard to put a price on the ball without all the names. The baseball would have to be compared with auctions of signed baseball that sold with similar names.
I took a quick check of some auctions and found a 1960 National League All Star Team Signed Baseball (PSA 8.5) for $2,780. If you had the same baseball, signatures, and condition without being authenticated you could land up with half the value or less.
If you need more help in getting a more accurate price contact me through my website keymancollectibles.com, and I will be happy to assist you.

A Will Clark autographed baseball card is worth between $10. -$15. Prices may vary based on condition, and the type of authenticity that accompanies the signature. Signatures that have not been authenticated could sell at half the market value or less. In general, collectors of baseball cards would rather have a baseball card without the signature. The signature would be considered as a flaw in the condition of the card and will lower the value. An inexpensive card will benefit, but if the value grows in the future it will be held back by the growth of the value of the signature.

When it comes to sports card, the most popular amongst the collectors is the baseball card. But, not all baseball cards are worth the same. The value of the cards is determined by several factors like; physical condition of the card in case of vintage items, the player's popularity, rarity of the card, either rookie or normal etc.
Also, it is best if you know the pricing trend. For this you may subscribe to Beckett Baseball Online Price Guide which provided maximum and minimum book value. Visit beckket.com. Another option is to check out from auction sites like eBay. But, you need to be very careful because there may be multiple listing or seller of the card in different price points.

Collectible items could add value to the price of a signature but not always. As in the case of a baseball card, generally collectors of baseball cards would rather have a baseball card without the signature. The signature would be considered as a flaw in the condition of the card and will lower the value.
A collector of signatures will not always pay extra for the "collectible" baseball card. The autograph collectors main concern is displaying the signature. This is why it is not a good idea to have an expensive baseball card signed. You could devalue the price of the card, and get less for it.
Once a collectible baseball card is signed the value of the card dramatically goes down as a collectible. The card then becomes an Item to display the signature. The bulk of the value relies on the value of the signature of the player that signed the card, and how well the card displays the signature.
In general a signed baseball card is worth about 30% - 40% the price of a signed baseball or the same price of a signed 8 x 10 photo. A high valued card can add some value.
