Your processor is too old to run SW:TOR. I've got the same problem unfortunately, (asked a friend to borrow his copy). Its probably worth a shot if you have any friends though. Get him to use his account to download it onto your computer. If it runs, de-install the launcher and then buy the game. If it doesn't, don't.
If the fan is not working - your computer is more than likely to be overheating - causing the processors to run slowly. Without being fixed, the lack of cool airflow from the fan will cause irreparable (and thus expensive) damage to your computer.

No they are not clones they are humans &/or aliens even though troopers in SW:TOR look like they have the same kind of armor as clone troopers do in episodes 2 & 3. From what I've read tech doesn't change all that much between the Old Republic and the films. If you notice in SW:TOR troopers & bounty hunters use the same kind of blasters & blaster rifles as the movies do and the Jedi & Sith use the same style/kind of light sabers as they do in the movies.
Free to Play member can have 2 characters across all server (NOT two per server)
Preferred Status members can have 2 (soon to be 6) characters across all servers.
Subscribers can have a total of 50 characters across all servers, but only 12 per server (note: this will be changing in a near patch).
No it may install but game play would be horrible and frame rates would be at an almost standstill.
No, Star Wars: The Old Republic does not have a virus, if you are downloading it from the official site. If a warning pops up from an anti-virus scanner that you have installed, then you might want to either upgrade your anti-virus or just ignore that particular warning as it is a false positive.
You can only talk to your companions when they want to talk to you first. There will be a little icon on their portrait that lets you know they want to talk to you. To talk to them, either go to your ship and talk to them there, or go to a cantina and talk to them there. Sometimes the only place you can talk to them is the ship.
The Beta for Star Wars: The Old Republic has ended, and the game was released on December 20th, 2011.
You should be able to run SWTOR with the AMD Radeon HD 8400 graphics card, although you might have to tweak the game setting a little bit to run at a decent FPS.
I have 2GB of RAM and was constantly maxed out in the beta. I don't know that it won't run, but it won't run well.
This book technically isn't canonical anymore, but it takes place the furthest in the past. Dawn of the Jedi: Into the Void. This book takes place 25,793 years before the events that happen in A New Hope.
Well the game was released for the first Xbox at that time. But if Xbox 360 can play games that were intended for the first Xbox, then I think you'd be able to play it. (Can't be 100% positive since I don't own an Xbox 360)
to get a dual lightsaber/ double lightsaber on star wars you need to be a sith inquisitor or jedi consular and get one of these advanced classes
Sith inquisitor= Sith assassin
Jedi consular= Jedi shadow
If the computer meets the minimum system requirements for the game, then it should be able to run it. The minimum system requirements are linked below.
If they should make the game for other systems, then they would have to code the game for those systems. There are a lot of different types of systems out there and making the game availabe on each of them would be to time consuming and cost a heck of a lot of money.
