idiocracy
A bit more detail:The movie you described is indeed the part farce, part social commentary "Idiocracy" (2006). It didn't feature Steve Carrell, though; the main character was played by Luke Wilson. The story and screenplay were written by Mike Judge, the creator of "Beavis and Butthead" and "King of the Hill," which helps explain the outrageous edge to the movie's humor. Judge was also one of the movie's producers.
If my math is correct Carrell has done 23 films and 2 TV series.
Begs the question: win what? Robin Williams has been performing comedy and acting since the 1970's; Steve Carrell's performing career didn't fire up until more than ten years later. Williams has earned an Oscar, two Emmys, six Golden Globes, five Grammies, and two SAG Awards; Carell won a Spike TV 2008 "Funniest M.F. Award."
While both men are brilliantly funny, it is perhaps unfair to compare them. At best, you're going to get only personal speculation and opinion. And, those are inclined to agree with your own.
She was in Seeking a Friend for the End of the World and had a recurring role on Carell's TV show The Office.

I would have to say 148 lbs to 158 lbs, He's not that fat and he is pretty short.I'm 5 ft 5/5 ft 6 And i weigh in at 114,but im just really skinny. He's a man and has a little tummy so that weight sounds about right. He's a good weight.
I could find no particular brand of hair product Carell used while starring in The Office. It is possible the brand has never been made public.
"2:30 would of sufficed but thank you for the judgmental tone, cocktail servant."
That was season 5, episode 8.
Steve Carrell and Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson starred in "Get Smart". This movie, released in 2008, also starred Anne Hathaway, Alan Arkin, James Caan, and Bill Murray (among others). The movie is about Agent 86 (Carrell) battling the forces of KAOS with the better-skilled Agent 99 (Hathaway). Carrell handicaps the duo's progress, and eventually their identities are compromised. The movie involves parachuting, Russia, concerts, bombs, and secret agent gadgets. Overall, a good movie. [The movie won the "Teen Choice Award: Comedy" in 2008.]
