It all depends on how well you healed from the first time you were tattooed. Some people report it to be painful over keloid scarring- but that type of scarring is not often seen in healed tattoos.

I have 3 tattoo's, the most painful of which was on my shoulder, and the least painful being my wrist. I think I found the wrist tattoo alot less painful, because I watched the artist complete the work, but a friend of mine couldn't bear the watch and she didn't even realise the tattooist had finished. I don't think you should panic to much about a wrist tattoo, they are more or less painless in my opinion, if I had a pic of my wrist tat, I would post it, as the detail is quite intricate, then you will understand that it doesn't matter how much detail there is, it is still relatively painless. And hey I'm a girl who get's pinched and cries!!

Its super easy! First, clean the area of the body where you would like the tattoo. Then remove the temporary tattoo from its packaging and face the tattoo down over the place where you would like it. With a wet towel or cloth, press on to it until it has fully soaked thru the paper. After about 30 seconds, remover the paper backing and voila. You got yourself a temporary tattoo.

Such a stencil may not be hygienic to use.

Here we use bepathen cream which is used to treat nappy/diaper rash. Unsure if is available worldwide though I have spent may many hours in the tattoo chair and have always healed very well using this cream.

As a tattoo artist, the correct answer to this question is that india ink is not really the best thing to use for tattooing. Good tattoos make you look cool, and smart, and tuned into the world. Bad tattoos make you look like someone who is headed for a prison cell to be Bubba's girlfriend.

India ink is made by taking something and burning it to produce soot. The soot is "harvested" and made into ink. It will work, but it is really thin compared to the real thing. Some people take a cluster of fine sewing needles and tape them together, and do hand poke method. It is slow and painful, and it will look really bad.

Option B is to get one of those scratcher sets sold on Ebay. Well, tattoo artists don't call them scratcher sets for nothing, my friend! Frankly they suck, and you would need to tune them before using them. Tuning a tattoo machine is complicated. Let me tell you up front that any tattoo machine that costs less than $250 is most likely going to be garbage. Even the $250 ones need tuning. Go to your art supply store and buy a stack of sketch books (and yes, you can get the cheap ones). Now, fill those sketch books up with drawings. Every single page front and back. Also think about the kind of tattoo you are interested in. Give yourself months and months to really evolve the idea so it will be a really good one. A few years ago I got a star between my thumb and finger. It's a variation of 'party dots'. And basically my star, or party dots, showed that I was a party and it's a thing druggies do.

So, usually if you see something like a star, dots, X, a peace sign, ect that's what it will mean.

But, some of them don't mean that, like the flower I now have covering up the star. It really depends on the person, but if they are young, or got it when they were young, it's probably the part dot thing.

When I want to quickly remove a henna stain from skin, I use rubbing alcohol on a cotton ball to saturate the area, and rub until it becomes very light. Remember, henna penetrates only the stratum corneum of the skin, the thin layer of cells that are sloughed off over time. If you rub the area enough, it will come off with friction. Normally, well-taken-care-of henna stains will last about a month, or 4 weeks. If you wash the area excessively, the stain will be removed faster than with natural fading.

Definitely. The reason you're not supposed to take a bath while a tattoo is healing is because it soaks the scab and early on can cause more ink to seep out. If your still peeling, try not to soak the whole time, but other than that your tattoo is basically healed.

The way to make temporary tattoo ink is to grind up henna leaves and make it into a paste with essential oils such as lavender oil.

Although seemingly safe because it does not pierce the skin, henna tattoos using black henna, a paste that contains parahenylenediamine, can actually be dangerous when absorbed into the skin of some people.

Lidocaine is amongst some of the best topical anaesthetics that there are, and many people use same in it's liquid state in a spray bottle. I don't see why this would adversely react to clients, but nevertheless, tread carefully and don't use a lot in one tattoo.

A three round liner or five round liner (3RL or 5RL) is the most common but it does depend on the look you are after and the overall effect it has on the tattoo, the colours involved, the shading in the colours if any etc. One liners are also available and used for super fine lines like in portrait eyelashes etc. For tribals and the like it won't matter too much but better with a 5RL so that you can use it to fill the corners before you begin with the shader.

I found a good numbing cream for my tattooing sessions. The one I used helped. I found it to be effective and safe. Now I'm not worried about the pain in my tattoo sessions. I became confident about going at the tattoo shop. The numbing cream I contains 5% lidocaine the highest amount allowed by food and drug administration. It is a water-based numbing cream. Whatever numbing cream you might use, choose one that is medically tested.

there is may ways ! voltage normally less than 6 . Just listen your gun that and turn the voltage down as long as you cant hear a static noise and then just bit more ! That is the way i do it but every gun needs different voltage. Contact screw matters to as a gap with armature bar ! I hope that this helps

first, you must grind up the charcoal as fine as you can, then prepare your area. just like a normal tattoo, you want it to be sanitary. make sure the design is right too. as is the placement on our body. take a needle or blade and "carve" into your skin in the pattern or design you want. when this is done, clean the wound then you want to fill the wound with the charcoal powder. clean the excess off without cleaning the wound again. bandage this for a few day so it will heal with the charcoal in your skin. DO NOT WASH IT WHILE IT IS STILL AND OPEN WOUND. when it heals you will have a tattoo =) i have one of these on my neck. hurt like hell but was worth it. hope this helps. good luck!

Well you can't get a tattoo even if your with an adult and your under 18 that means you need to be 18 or older to get a tatto.But if you want to get a tattoo make sure you really want to have one.(Tip)if you get a tattoo get a small one.
