No it doesn't work! Most people have told me that if you draw what you want on the wax paper and don't let it dry then place on skin and hold a wet rag for 30s! It doesn't work I have tried it!!

Quite simply, NO! This is ink that is toxic when introduced to the bloodstream, not that you should be going that deep to begin with, but you are never to use this kind of ink. If you for whatever reason can't get your hands on real tattoo ink and real materials, at least use India Ink. The results will look quite clearly home done and will probably fall out for the most part while healing, but it is at least non-toxic to you.

that really depends on the size of the tattoo. it can take from 45 minutes for one the approximate size of 3 inches x 2 inches to up to 3 hours for a full back one...This is only approximate using my tattoo experience as a rule. You will need to find the one you want and take it to a tattoist who will give you an approximate time allowance for the tattoo, they wont give you an exact time as there are a lot of variables...good luck

It can be found at most vitamin shops locally. Another alternative would be just basic sentless anti-bacterial soap mixed with alcohol. Again, Green Soap is the best thing to use, and Dr.Bronner Soap is close. Green soap may be sold at Costco.

In my opinion your going to need to take white and mix a little black in for grey. However there is another technique used by myself and other artists, which is simply diluting the black with purified water. the mix can start at 50/50 but you will find that is very dark still. i have cut black down to 15water 1 part black and achieved a very nice subtle ghosty grey.
Sometimes the grey your looking for can only be created by dilution . The downfall is it takes a somewhat experienced artist to deal with the thinner ink. Mixing with white allows you to retain the same consistency which makes it easier. Again though, it makes a "brighter" grey. Brighter greys can quickly turn a nice black and grey piece into a disaster by not blending AT ALL with traditional black and grey wash style tattooing. There are plenty of places to buy temporary tattoo transfer paper. Basically, any craft store should have what you're looking for, or there are plenty of suppliers online to choose from. It may be wise to look at online suppliers if you are looking to purchase a bulk amount of paper. Otherwise, your local craft store should do just fine.

Unless you have a business license and a health inspection it is illegal to tattoo out of your home any where. Tattooing like any other business requires a business license as well as a health inspection for the protection of the general public. In some places the city can enter your home with a warrant and seize your equipment and charge you with reckless endangerment in concert with conducting a business without a license. In every city, town etc. you must be the age of majority to hold a business license.
