After you save your game, go into Load then hover over that game save you just saved. There should be a few things in white text below the picture of the save. One of them says the time of how long you have played for so far.

The Blade of Woe can be obtained by completing the main questline for the Dark Brotherhood.

The Nightingale Blade is awarded when the player rises far enough through the Thieves Guild and meets the Nightingales.

Keening, a dagger which played a part in the disappearance of the Dwarves, absorbs 10 Health, Magicka and Stamina per hit. It has no charge, and can therefore be used indefinitely.

The Wabbajack is the Daedric artifact of Sheogorath, the Daedric Prince of Madness. It has a random effect when used on an NPC, one of which is health absorption. you would probably want to have your seek skills and pickpocketing skills increased as high as you can. Joining the thief's guild will also give you good armor for doing thief things. You could also enchant or find enchanted items to make your abilities of a thief better. As of magic, there is a spell called "Muffled" which makes you harder to detect for a short time.
