All Peeta wants to do is help Katniss survive...he only worked with Cato, Chloe , Glimmer and the other boy to throw them off her trail...when they found out, Cato cut Peeta's leg and he camouflaged himself at the river until Katniss found him.

I would describe it as a vey risky plan. It was basically just Rue distracting the careers and, then Katniss shooting an apple that makes the bombs explode underneath all of the supplies and then she runs away with her ear all messed up. He found out how to use the force field at the edge of the arena in the 50th Hunger Games as a weapon. When he was being chased he ran to the force field and as the girl threw an axe at him he ducked and the axe went into the pit but later flew back out and killed the girl.

The fact the people of District 12 don't clap for Katniss symbolizes a final gesture of rebellion and respect. At least in this small way, the people of the Seam can rebel against the Capitol, can refuse to give in to the Capitol's control. It's a act of rebellion against the Capitol yes, but also a example of respect to Katniss. They won't let the Capitol mock her with its cruel interpretation of this [the Hunger Games] as simply a game, something to celebrate, to enjoy.

Katniss truly thinks that Rue reminds her of Prim, so in that way she thinks of Rue like a sister. The other groups have alliances as well ,but they aren't as close and true as Katniss and Rue :).

When she gets back to the cave and inserts the medicine into Peeta she notes that a green and silver moth landed on her wrist. That moth is called a Luna moth and it symbolizes a revival of something a transformation. This moth symbolizes a change or transformation of Katniss.
